Would it be okey if I retcon some of my explanation about Lily's magic?

I'd like to change it to exclusively an advanced and ancient type of sealing magic.

I had initially made it up to be possible for her to conjure fireballs, etc. as long as she just wrote down the correct Auld words on a scroll, but it seems rather complicated to explain it.

This way, she would have to rely on her tarot card for offensive/defensive magic, while being able to use sealing magic as well, which she uses to seal other people's magic into a tarot card so she can utilize it.

It could pass for enchantment, with the sole difference being that she can seal magic within objects, which is essentially the same thing.

Personality: Lilianne can be as reclusive as she can be eccentric, even more so when intoxicated. It are these moments of carefree shenanigans and heavy alcoholism that give her an escape from her life as a mercenary, which she would rather trade for a calm life devoted to both her magic and re-discovering her own heritage. Depending on what she occupies herself with, she can be either serious and goal-oriented or a typical 15-year old girl in a world without alcohol regulations.
Skills/Knowledge:
Magic: Pahbujh'y Akhj: Because of her innate knowledge of the Old Language, Lilianne is capable of wielding this lost school of magic. It is heavily centred around sealing magic and, unlike the forms of modern spellcasting, does not rely on solely vocal or other forms of direct incantation. The sealing magic requires the use of the Old Language and its runic alphabet in combination with patterns, both written on a scroll, to work. In order to activate a sealing spell, one must say the vocal command - usually written down on the scroll itself, often found in the centre - to activate it. Needless to say, sealing magic requires very precise instructions, which means the creation of a scroll often requires some time depending on the type of sealing magic.
Magic: Tarot Cards: Using the aforementioned magic, Lilianne can seal another mage's magic into a tarot card (or any other object, she just chose tarot cards) to infuse it with its properties. By channeling her own mana through the card, she can change its properties and (for example) send a blast of fire from that card. Alternatively, she can also decide to channel the altered mana into another object, which she makes use of to create copies that she can throw. This process requires her to stabilize the mana she stored within the card, after which she can then unleash the contained power by tipping that balance, which she does by adding some more of her mana to the unstable mixture. This will (for example) start to ignite a card that has been infused with fire-type mana. There is a delay on each card, much like a grenade, after which the contained magic will forcefully break free from it's container.
Liver of Steel: Because frankly, with her drinking behaviour, she should have been dead by now.
Strenghts: Aside from her magical abilities, Lilianne is also a decent scholar. She reads frequently, which adds to her knowledge.
Weaknesses: She's a 15 year-old girl. Doesn't bring much to the table "physical combat"-wise.
Bio: The day Lilianne was born, as far as she can remember, was in the fires of her own house. Brigands has only just brutally murdered her parents and hadn't bothered to deal the final blow to their daughter, instead letting her burn alive in her home. With her last strenght, Lily's mother - a powerful mage - used all of her magic to seal away her daughters memories and pain of losing both of her parents, resulting in an intricate crimson tattoo-like marking (which she originally drew with her own blood) to the right on the back of Lily's neck. It was the last act of a mother who wanted to protect her child from pain, so that her little girl could die without such emotional torment. Things didn't turn out the way Lilianne's mother expected, as Saito - a wandering swordsmaster - dispatched the wretched murderers and rescued the girl from her predicament. With no memories of her past, she decided to make new ones to replace the old, this time with Saito as her guardian and pseudo-parent. During their travels she has attempted to unlock the seal, which always ended in failure as the seal itself has been created with not only magic, but also the residual life force of her own mother. Despite knowing nothing of the past, the young mage still has a remarkable proficiency at magic, yet she never succeeded at wielding any of the modern schools of magic, instead being more capable at an obscure school of sealing magic that used a language that was almost completely lost to mankind...except to her. She has an innate knowledge of that language, knowledge from her past that had remained, which will eventually allow her to become perhaps the only master of this particular school of magic.
Equipment:
A satchel containing a bunch of pristine empty scrolls, as well as a supply of ink and an ink pen, as well as a deck of tarot cards and several regular decks of cards.
