As the boys fled there was a tremendous rumble from back within the forest. Seeing the upset little Kangaskhan Jake knelt down and handed it a berry from the pack. The other pokemon also came around to attempt to comfort it, while Eevee went and collected the pearl that Spoink had left behind and brought it back. Jake put it in his bag also, you never know when something like that could come in handy. He lifted the little pokemon contently munching on the berry and ran back to the raging mother.

Hyper-beams and all sorts of attacks were still flying everywhere. As Jake approached the mother stopped, and began to sniff. It must have sensed its child's presence. It turned around to see Jake and his team.

Hey, Kangaskhan! We found your baby!

He was unsure what sort of response the pokemon would give ..

Kangaskhan walked over to Jake, it sniffed at the baby and putted it in her bellybag (sorry don't know the english word for it), then she grabbed out three stones, Jake could chose one of them to take as gratitude for returning her child. There was a waterstone, a thunderstone and a firestone...

[Acroticus]

Having recalled Buneary, Kevin returned to Kani town to heal his pokemon, After which, he promptly fell asleep. Waking from his night sleep, Kevin left the center again. He realized his new friend had disappeared (Trans) and decided to leave again. He thought about challenging the Gym Leader, but decided against it. He headed out, away from Terror Forest this time, towards Eucalypse City. The travel would be a bit of a walk, but Kevin was confident it was the right move. He was heading home.

[Al-Quarra]

Finally Bale's father had arrived and they flew home.
When arriving his sister wanted to battle, she just turned seven and got her first pokemon, a Wooper.
Bale and his sister (Kiki) Went to the pool, this would be a good training for Magikarp Bale thought.

Jake was taken back. He could use one of the stones to evolve his Eevee. He looked up at the Kangaskhan who extended the stones towards him. Then his gaze shifted to Eevee.

What do you think, buddy? Which one do you want?

Eevee examined the three stones. It took particular interest in the fire stone. Curiously, it looked back at Jake. It was a tense moment. Jake stepped forward and lifted the fire stone to examine it himself. He had always had an admiration for fire pokemon. Then again he loved electric pokemon too, and he was headed to Aqua Island after all. He was split .. the decision was wrecking his mind. It was Eevee's choice however. He gave the thunder stone back to Kangaskhan and took the fire stone for himself. He had made a friend in the wild pokemon, and gained an evolutionary stone in the process. He kept it away from Eevee however, as he was unsure weather or not to evolve him at the moment.

There was a grateful goodbye between the baby pokemon and Jake's pokemon as they headed off down the path again. This would certainly be a story to tell when he got back to Eucalypse City.

[Frozen]

"My god you actually caught a Magikarp - Let's show them whow useless they are Sasha! Use Water Gun!"
She laughed as Wooper prepared "This attack made Barry's Charmander faint in 1 hit you dont stand a chance Bale!"

[Casinoria]

After retrieving the two pokéballs with Grimer inside, the Trubbish took Casi through the sludge, working together to cut a wide path. They advanced deeper into the sludge fields, finding a large patch of green grass with a pond where they could rest. Casi looked into the pond, much cleaner than he expected it to be. Something bubbled at the bottom before rising to the surface. The trainer put his hand on a pokéball and called out his pokémon, a little Joltik.

"Joljol!" it cried happily before running over to a pink flower, sniffing it hard. Casi smiled, assuming this one was female.

"You'll be called Francesca," he decided. The little electric spider nodded happily in approval before turning its attention to the pond.

"Jol?" she asked, cocking her small head. The stream of bubbles turned into two. The bubbles separated before two familiar pokémon surfaced.

[Al-Quarra]

Casi smiled and took out a second pokéball. Double battle time. "Joey, you're up!" He tossed the ball into the air and the rat pokémon landed, looking around for a fight, glancing at the tiny Joltik before the two Tentacool. Casi took command. "Francesca, use Electroweb on the water! Joey, go in with Hyper Fang!"

The little spider scurried towards the pond before letting out a long flurry of spider web that covered the pond's surface. She then glowed with electricity and put it all through the spider web. "JOLTIK!" she cried as she let off the powerful electric move.

Joey ran ahead and jumped into the air when the Electroweb ended. His front teeth glowed and grew before charging down at the nearest Tentacool.

[Al-Quarra]

Casi smiled and took out a second pokéball. Double battle time. "Joey, you're up!" He tossed the ball into the air and the rat pokémon landed, looking around for a fight, glancing at the tiny Joltik before the two Tentacool. Casi took command. "Francesca, use Electroweb on the water! Joey, go in with Hyper Fang!"

The little spider scurried towards the pond before letting out a long flurry of spider web that covered the pond's surface. She then glowed with electricity and put it all through the spider web. "JOLTIK!" she cried as she let off the powerful electric move.

Joey ran ahead and jumped into the air when the Electroweb ended. His front teeth glowed and grew before charging down at the nearest Tentacool.

When the electrowep was active both tentacools used poison sting to poison the water.
And when the rattata came one of the tentacools grabbed him with one of his tantacles, holding him under water by using wrap while the other tentacool lauched an acid towards the rattata.

[Casinoria]

"Use Quick Attack to escape!" Casi ordered. The Rattata struggled, trying to break free as the Tentacool held him in the poisoned water. The Acid disappated slightly in the water, lessening its blow on the struggling pokémon. "Francesca, use Thunder Wave to paralyse the Tentacool!"

The Joltik nodded and let out a crackle of electric paralysis across the pond.

[Al-Quarra]

"Use Quick Attack to escape!" Casi ordered. The Rattata struggled, trying to break free as the Tentacool held him in the poisoned water. The Acid disappated slightly in the water, lessening its blow on the struggling pokémon. "Francesca, use Thunder Wave to paralyse the Tentacool!"

The Joltik nodded and let out a crackle of electric paralysis across the pond.

The tentacool where not capable for some time but when they could move again they both used supersonic to confuse the rattata and joltik

[Aserica]

After some hours of tedious hiking, Jake and his team made it to the top of a crest in the road. He stopped and looked out into the distance, there was a body of water way out in the horizon. That's where he was headed. Not a chance was he making it today though. He looked back at his tired little team of pokemon, they had decided to stay out and walk after the encounter with Kangaskhan.

What do you say, guys. Time for a break?

They cheered together. Spinda in particular was happy, as she danced around in a little circle. Jake went to the side of the road and set down his pack, he had a box of berries, a few liters of water and juice, some kibble and a loaf of bread .. Not exactly a feast. He could make the best of it though, due to his parents owning a restaurant back in Eucalypse City he had learned a thing or two about good food.

Spinda, head off and see if you can get us some fruit. Apples, oranges, pears, anything you can get your hands on. Eevee, you can go with her.

The panda smiled and she went off merrily in search of some food accompanied by Eevee. He also took Zubat out to get in on the action.

Zubat, use supersonic and see if you can find some food. Sandshrew, follow his lead, and see what else you can find.

Shrew he nodded, and headed off. While they were all gone, Jake took some time to put the kibble into sour little dishes and some water into four more. Half of the berries he decided to keep for battles, and the other half he mixed with a touch of juice before mixing and shaking to make a crude smoothie. Sandshrew could give it a blend when he got back. The bread he could use to make a few sandwiches, depending on what the pokemon brought back.

He also took the time to look at the Fire Stone again. Did he really want to evolve Eevee? Was he strong enough yet? There was too much to consider. He put the stone away as Spinda rushed back, with a helping of fruit. She put it down beside the rest of the food and started playing with Eevee. As Jake began attempting to make a fruit salad sandwich Sandshrew came back with more berries, nuts and more fruit.

Good job, we've enough to last us the rest of the week!

Jake mixed the nuts and berries to make a little trail mix to snack on later. For now the pokemon lunched on what was there. Suddenly, they heard the pitter-patter of little footsteps approaching .. something had obviously smelled the food.

Kiki squealed with laughter when he sent out Magikarp

His Hyper Fang grew and he started biting anything the saw. Then he saw the Tentacool. "Rattata!" the confused pokémon cried out, leaping towards the two Tentacool.

Bale would spent the night at home, tomorrow he would head into the desert for some training, after that he would go to Oasis Town to challenge the gymleader!

Derek had somehow managed to get his number and had left him a message.

"Hey Jake, hope your adventure is going well. If you ever need to call you can find me at 8675 444 3254. I thought I'd message you to ask if you'll be near Eucalypse City anytime soon. I thought you'd like to visit the safari park since there's some great pokemon to catch here - you're only allowed one though so you have to pick wisely!
Since I'm at the park so often I got the job of being a guide for people looking to catch pokemon here - you can imagine that i absolutely love the added responsibility "

"Raticate!" the pokémon cried, before launching a powerful Hyper Fang at the two Tentacool.

Bale and Casi had left Kurt in Sludge City while they went to go train or catch Pokemon. The first thing he noticed was the city smelt like sewage. Murkrow was holding his beak the when they entered, while Kurt just suffered through it. As he was walking around, he looked into an ally and saw a _______.

Jake looked at his pokegear. 'I wonder how he got my number ..' he thought to himself. Nevertheless he was happy to get the message. He sloppily wrote a reply with one hand while scooping in food with the other.

Hi, Thanks for the message. I'm sorry to say I won't be in Eucalypse anytime soon., I'm about a day away from Aqua Island now, I was going there to try and catch some good water pokemon. I'll be sure to let you know when I'll be going back to Eucalypse though. I might even challenge you for a gym badge Take care,

He pushed send and continued chowing down. Completely forgetting about the little footsteps he heard a few seconds ago. That was until they started to get closer ...

Bale and Casi had left Kurt in Sludge City while they went to go train or catch Pokemon. The first thing he noticed was the city smelt like sewage. Murkrow was holding his beak the when they entered, while Kurt just suffered through it. As he was walking around, he looked into an ally and saw a _______.

another Murkrow was eating some rubbish nearby, it saw Kurt's Murkrow and tried to fly away.

The two tentacool stood no chance against this attack but they weren't going to give up. One of them grabbed Joltik by using wrap while the other one used Poison sting to poison the water again.

The trapped Joltik let loose another Electroweb but still struggled. The rat pokémon assessed the situation before letting out a loud cry. "Rattata!" it shouted to the heavens. One of the Tentacools got knocked out by the electroweb while the other got defeated by Raticate's Hyper Fang.

Joey dived into the pond and pulled out a cold, wet Francesca. "Raticateratratraticate?" he asked the cold, wet Joltik.

"Joltjoltik," she replied, shaking her fur dry before looking up at her trainer.

"You two were amazing," complimented Casi. He took out a few Sitrus berries as well as a Lum berry. He gave a Sitrus berry to each before taking out a small knife, flicked it open and cut the Lum berry into a small piece for Francesca and a big piece for Joey. The two pokémon ate them gratefully, restoring both energy and removing the effects of poison.

Casi examined Joey proudly. It was clear he had far more power than he had as a Rattata. He stroked both pokémon who battled. Nicola came over to say hi too, followed by the group Trubbish and the floating Larry. Casi turned to the young guides. "Where do we need to go?" he asked.

The Trubbish looked into the distance before starting to clear a path through the goop. Francesca climbed up onto Casi's shoulder, perched there and cried out happily. He stroked her soft fur, recalled Joey and once again the group set off into the distance.
