The Sableye was hit again, falling over and driven backwards. The pokémon got to its feet and used Fury Swipes in a last-ditch effort to win.

On the 500SX rod he attached a lure that looked like a tiny Gyarados whilst on the float he attached a small slice of Tepig bacon. Casi cast out the float rod, watching it bob in the calm lake before preparing to cast out with the lure. Before he did, he decided to call out the team so they could have some R&R.
"Tentacool!"
"Garbodor!"
"Metang!"
"Joltik!"
"Torchic!"
"Snover!"
Charlie decided to explore the lake whilst the other pokémon decided to find some decent resting spots. Francesca climbed up onto Casi's shoulder whilst Nicola and Kirsty stood back, watching their master fish. Sam ingrained himself into the ground whilst Larry found a nice rock and rested on it. Everything was peaceful as Casi started to cast out his lures. Nicola and Kirsty kept an eye on the float.

A Scizor walked through the clearing, very relaxed. It made eye contact with Phil, but simply continued it's walk discounting him as a threat.

(OOC: you clever bastard. Giving me an amazing Pokemon without me having any balls.)
Phil looked straight at the Scizor. He pulled the only unopened ball he had left from his bag. "Go, Lapras!" The water type appeared in the pond. "Ready to fight?" Lapras nodded and looked at the Scizor. "Start off with Water Pulse!"

(OOC: If your not going to start staing damage I'm about to start doing it for you...)
Furret continued to slash away at Corpish, when it's attack had exhausted, Corphish caught Furret in it's Vicegrip, doing moderate damage.

The Scizor dodged with ease, leaping to the side and skidding to a halt. Instead of countering the attack Scizor began to do a strange dance - it's claws moving in ways that would not be associated with a pokemon like Scizor.

Phil raised an eyebrow at the Scizor's dance, but was otherwise unperturbed. "Lapras, Water Pulse again." Lapras readied another Water Pulse for the bug/steel type.

The pulse knocked the Scizor back, Large furrows on the ground showing the power that a Scizor posesses. That attack would have knocked down a Charizard!
The Scizor did the dance again, Phil couldn't tell for sure, but those claws the Scizor had looked a lot sharper and bigger than when the battle began.

"NO!" Phil shouted, "Use Mist now." The cloud of mist dispersed over Scizor, returning its boosted attack to its original state.

He felt a strong bite. As he realed in the line, he found a Barboach was caught on the lure.

"Hey there handsome, why'd you attack my Scizor?" A woman's voice came out of the trees surrounding Phil.
It was seductive yet Texan, a strange combinaiton Phil had never heard before.
"Were you trying to trap my poor baby? Shame you don't have the balls for it..." She sniggered sounding like she was in different directions every sylable

"Your Scizor?" Phil asked in an mocking tone. "What was it doing dancing in my little clearing." Phil had one last question for the voice. "Where exactly are you anyways?" He hoped desperately that he was actually speaking to someone, and not shouting in an empty clearing.

Casi carefully removed the lure from the Barboach's mouth before looking at Charlie. The jellyfish nodded and Casi threw the Barboach back into the lake. "Use Bubblebeam!" he ordered.
"Tenta!" nodded Charlie and fired a Bubblebeam at the Water-Ground type. The float rod was still bobbing around.

"I'm around, I'd prefer to stay out of sight for a bit - a girl has to keep her mystery y'know." She said
"My Scizor was defending itself - y'all just lucky that lapras knows mist..." She sounded like she was sulking.
