I'm British and I disagree. There is such a thing as European though. It's what we hold onto to make ourselves known that we are not and will never be American! And if there was no such thing as Europe, I couldn't get to experience the many different styles of beer.

For the simply reason that an Ethiopian, Greek, German and Japanese call themshelves 'American' forgetting about their background and having loyalty under the same flag which makes no sense and is the product of complete assimulation.
By calling everyone 'European' you are doing the same to us, killing our identity and heritage

What makes you thing that the diverse beers get shipped in the UK?

We, until very recently, had a beer shop which sold over 300 varities of beer.

CANADIAN HISTORY IN A NUTSHELL
The name Canada comes from the natives living in the Ottawa area. It was originally Kanata, which means "our land". The three stripes on the Flag represents the three diverse peoples that made up Canada at the time (French, English, Natives). A maple leaf because Canada was known for Maple syrup exports and it was a symbol of national pride.
