Lewina wrote:"I'm detective Brandon Arrington from the NMPD. Have you recently sold a silver 2010 Toyota Camry? I believe it's license plate is LP STI-0987 or something like that. I need the customers personal information so I can track him or her down. If you can find me their information that'd be great," Brandon told him.

Bill walked over to his desk, and began typing on his computer, motioning for Detective Arrington to walk over. Pulled up on a comouter was a collection of spreadsheet data, detailing the sales of 2010 Camries. As Arrington began to walk over, his cell phone would begin to ring. When he answered it, an officer would inform him that they had located the vehicle.

"Alright then, I'm going to find out if I can find the address to the person's apartment, I may find something useful there," Brandon told the officer before hanging up.

"Where is his address?" Brandon asked Bill looking at the computer screen.

"We've already got a team en route to the locat-," the officer was abruptly cut off by Brandon.

"The owner lives in Douglass, at 265 Birch Avenue," Bill said.

"Thank you for your cooperation," Brandon said. Before Bill could say anything Brandon was in full blast heading for his car.

Brandon drove straight to the station. He went up to the secretary. "I need a search warrant and an arrest warrant now, I know where the shooter's house is. The Toyota dealership gave me the address to it. And hurry up with it, get the judge to sign it quickly, I don't have all day," Brandon demanded. He didn't run away this time he stood there waiting for a response.

As Brandon entered the station, he would spot Jed walking past him, wearing a bulletproof vest. The secretary looked at Brandon with a confused look, and Jed turned around to see Brandon.

"Where have you been?" Jed asked. "We're 'bout to go on a raid. We know where the killer is, but what have you done that's productive? All you've done is run around down, jumpin' from one objective to another. Wait here while we nab the killer."

"I happen to know where the killer is too. I also know a little more about three possible suspects that could've been responsible behind this. You're going 265 Birch Avenue. I'm going along, I know what I'm going to look for there, you're not keeping me here Jed," Brandon told Jed. "So yeah, I've done a few things that are productive."

Hearing about the raid via her CB, Debra quickly phoned up Jed once again. "Do you want me to assist with the raid and have the car impounded or do you want me to stick with the car ." She asked quickly before taking a glance back at the car, no matter what the shooters did now, it was most likely not going to end well for them.

"If you find anything relating to those suspects let me know," Brandon said before walking out of the station again. He made his way to the car, his next stop was the Radford residence. If he had gone on the raid he would've looked for anything relating to Skinner, Radford, and Dalton. He just hoped that Jed and the other detectives would let him know if they found anything, Brandon usually worked alone and liked to keep it that way. He started driving his car to the Radford residence...

The Radford Residence was located in Olympus Heights, which was on a hill overlooking the skyscrapers, projects, beachfront property, and suburbs of Northport. This is where the millionaires and billionaires lived, and Radford, prior to his political career, had earned up a profit in the stock market, as well as working as a business consultant for Paragon Airlines, which was another company owned by Dennis Feldman. With hundreds of airports worldwide, and its major hubs in the world's biggest cities, Paragon was one of the top airline carriers in the world.

When Brandon pulled into the driveway, he would be greeted by Radford's butler, who approached the detective's car.

"Can I help you sir?"

Debra would follow the vehicle to a large lot, where there were hundreds of other cars that had been impounded. The vehicle in question was moved into a small garage, where several officers assigned to the garage approached Debra.

"So, what is this car's crime, Detective?" one of the mechanics asked.

"Nice house," Brandon muttered before the man had asked him the question. "I'm detective Brandon Arrington from the NMPD, I need to speak to Councilman Radford, now," Brandon told him. He then got out of his car and showed the butler his badge. "Don't delay me, this is important business."

"Mr. Radford is not here right now," the butler said. "He's at the Ceballo Arms, as far as I know. The club however, is exclusive to members only. Even if you have a badge, I doubt they'll let you in without a warrant. However, may I ask you why you wish to speak with Mr. Radford."

"A councilman was murdered, I would like to talk to him about the councilman, to find out if he had enemies with anyone and if they could possibly be responsible for the killing," Brandon lied. It was partly true, but overall it was a lie. He was a good liar, he reason why he lied was because he could possibly contact Radford's lawyer or do something like that, none of which he needed.

"May I wait here until he returns?" Brandon asked getting out of the car. This was a request you couldn't refuse and he could tell that by his facial expression.

"Listen, Radford could've been responsible for his murder. I heard that they haven't gotten along in the past, and Decatur I want to talk to him, I can't make an accurate prediction but I think he may've had something to do with this," Brandon explained. "Don't call his lawyer," he said fiercely shooting him a fierce glare.

All around the car were spent 7.62x39mm M43 shells. This was obviously the car used in the killing, and there was an AK-47 in the back of the car. It was a cheap Yugoslav model, with composite furniture, and a skeleton stock. If she felt the barrel, she would feel a cold barrel. The current time was 1400. It had been an hour or two since the shooting, so the barrel should be warm, but it depends on the amount of rounds that had been fired.

As she looked inside the back of the car, she eventually found a Avtomat Kalashnikova one of the cheaply made ones, using cheap composite materials, she picked up the rifle by the receiver and felt the barrel only to find that is was cold. "Well that's fucking odd, should still be warm." she said to herself taking a mental note before picking up some of the expended shells, popping them into evidence bags. After she finished doing that, she carefully removed the magazine to check the if the amount of round inside.

The butler began dialing a phone number before abruptly stopping, looking at Brandon.

"Leave," he said.

Brandon got in his car and left. He was now heading over to the Dalton residence, hopefully he was there, and hopefully his butler wasn't an asshole like the one Radford had. Hopefully Dalton would cooperate, hopefully. Brandon needed to know more about Skinner's, Dalton's, and Radford's opinions and relationships with Decatur.

As Brandon drove towards Dalton's house, he would see a BMW sedan pull out of the driveway as he pulled in. However, it is not known whether or not this is Councilman Dalton. The house was very similar to Radford's, except there was a gardener mowing the front lawn.
