Kolinski appeals to the Grand Prince's Christian ideals of duty to the people and virtue, not to mention his military experience and thus usefulness as an ally. Pavel is an old ally, and this respected for his loyalty, but if he cannot control his own people and sees a need to execute loyal citizens then his adherence to the principles of Orthodoxy and good governance is suspect.

In essence, neither. Great Russia will support whoever comes to power, and use whatever means necessary to make certain that the victor has a peaceful transition from their revolution to power. Civil war between two parties is a country's own affair. Anarchy in a country of the Pactvis dangerous to all though, and will be dealt with.
