If you leave the bear alone to long it would build its self up into a giant war machine. but why does it say korea is a PC when you have conquered them?

Stable. Last I remember, there was a war in Bohemia between Prussia and Austria for some reason.

No, the main theme of the war between Britain and America is still proceeding, just few others are RPing. We have quite a few people that want to RP in part two when the war's finished, but that's going to be a while away yet.
