Especially if the king has few direct landings,is trying to fight the nobles,and meanwhile anger the bourgeouis even more,so they join forces with the nobles to kill you off (Mad,isnt it?Nobles and the citizens uniting.Now,ya see,thats something to be remembered for. (Exceptions are,when you are in the state of war,where it does reduce your income,but it would go down nevertheless,so it may be worth it).
You have ships, now what? How do you get food? I can occupy your LAND where your ships can't go and prevent you from getting food.
My troop actions was assembling them into an army, wouldn't that count as an action? I didn't raise new troops.
