Now, can I expect a post from you tomorrow?
Where must we go, we who wander this wasteland, in search for our better selves?
In Egypt's sandy silence, all alone,
Stands a gigantic Leg, which far off throws
The only shadow that the Desert knows:—
"I am great OZYMANDIAS," saith the stone,
"The King of Kings; this mighty City shows
"The wonders of my hand." The City's gone,
Nought but the Leg remaining to disclose
The site of this forgotten Babylon.

We wonder, and some Hunter may express
Wonder like ours, when thro' the wilderness
Where London stood, holding the Wolf in chace,
He meets some fragment huge, and stops to guess
What powerful but unrecorded race
Once dwelt in that annihilated place.

The IC Original post. The "Government Tiers" section tells you how many provinces you can have without overextending. However, some leaders, with an administration skill of over 5 (6+) can add an additional province to their overextension limit. For instance, a leader with Admin 8, and eight provinces, will be, originally, four provinces overextended. However, his admin skill is three points over five. Therefore, he adds three provinces to his limit, so his limit would be seven, rather than four, leaving him not as overextended as before.

Units can be created as a standing army by the thousands by each point of administrative skill your leader has, simulating the tax collection:standing army ratio. So, if your leader has 5 admin, he can have an army of five thousand units. Empires are the exception to this rule, and they can have up to three times the amount of troops as their leader's administrative skill.

Where are the NPCs? There are no NPCs. NPC territory, unless I say otherwise, is unconquerable. I assume you are talking about Wales? Since you are trying to get a foothold in Britannia, I will allow you to "Inherit" the Welsh provinces, through whatever means you see fit, so long as it makes sense and isn't "They gave me their land lol". They still count towards your overextension limit however.

OKAY. BEFORE WE GO ANY FURTHER. NATIONS MUST DEFINE WHERE THEIR STANDING ARMIES ARE.

So if my leader's administration skill is 5 or 6 I think then that mean's I have 5 or 6 thousand units? So how many units am I facing at the Danube River?

A small contingent. The larger Comitenses is coming. Arcadius' skills are weak in everything but Diplomacy (Mil: 3 Admin: 2), so there's really only six thousand standing Comitenses and Early Cataphractii standing in your way. Arcadius, as he would historically, would most likely try to talk it out rather than duke it out.

Sorry for the barrage of questions but I just have one more question then I try to quit asking anymore at least for now, I'm in the process of migrating but my people haven't crossed the river yet I would rather they do that once the river is secured and everything but how many people exist within the now on the move Veraxian Nation?

Yeah. xD But if you go up against, say, The Picts? or the Norsemen? It'd be like 1943 in Russia, and you're the Soviets.

Then you know how many people you are taxing, defending, how many mouths you have to feed, workers and warriors, the list goes on.
