Or this. Potentially something a bit more like this, mentioning Theoden and some pals. Or anything else from Witchking, since LoTR related stuff is all they do.

Felbah, you dont have 2000 Rohirrim as they all rode into Helms Deep before you left. As to the arguments of "They dont all fit", they do, as several thousand Elves could fit (as shown in the Two Towers).
Grandsubrit, you cant have 15000 men disobey their king's orders just because you told them to.
Al-Quarra, there are several problems with besieging Moria, most have been said, but there are a few other problems. 1. Moria has two entrances, 1 on either side of the Misty Mountains. 2. You are attacking from the western entrance, where the Watcher is, and he'd probably kill half your army.

Hmm, is 1000 good?

Nevertheless, he followed orders.

God Mode, I'm the King, you cannot assume full control over 2000 men. Edit the post and numbers of Rohirrim down to less than 500 now. Thats a big God mode. You are not the ruler of Rohan, only a General and cannot command more than I assign. AND I already took 2000 into the fortress so you cannot just ignore that. Redo the Post NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question. Would anyone be against having each player have a region to control? I mean we have rulers, but I think it would be neat if we had territorial governors or something like that. Like the old fiefdom system.
I thought I could do this again, but I have too much on my plate. I have to actually give up on this. Sorry everyone.

Well yes, but those are huge regions. And no one's territory is actually displayed on them.

I say no because I'm the ruler of Rohan and if I want a governor I will appoint one(P.S, liberated Eomer will be made Lord of Edoras if you succeed in your mission) And I think it should be the rulers choice what he does with his territory

I don't approve of the fiefdom idea either.

What I meant, is that we have a ton of land that is either unclaimed, or too scarcely populated. So I say, if land such as this is claimed by a ruler, then he will have to appoint a governor. This way the king does not draw his attention away from the war, to grow a small region into a bustling metropolis.

I have put forward what I believe to be a well structured and sound argument as to why 2,000 soldiers is not Godmodding.
In the Rohirrim army, I have heard, the military is divided up into éoreds. These consist of 2,000 men. Now consider this next to modern statistics. I am a general. I should have at least three under my control (r that of those under me,) so me saying that I can tell 2,000 soldiers to leave to Edoras is not Godmodding at all. Also, I said that the scouting force which Theoden sent out earlier was commanded by me personally, so that is around 500 men. Having 2,500 men is not overkill! I would suppose that the Nazgul have more than that on a regular basis, heck, even Theoden himself ordered orcs ad was given around 2,500. So I would like it greatly if the charges were removed and I were allowed to have my, to put it plainly, meagre army instead of having a small band of soldiers around a quarter of an éored large.

No because you are not the ruler of Rohan so unless you hire mercs or bandits or something I control how many soldiers you are allowed to have. AS I"M THE RULER OF ROHAN AND THIS IS MY ARMY. I will allow to have no more than 400 until this resolved with the OP as I stated all but 500 men into Helms Deep. Its a god mode because you cannot forces FROM THE KING OF ROHAN without me giving them to you willing. SO I will not drop the charges.
