Nazgul can't fight two thousand Rohirrim. Only the Witch-King has the "can only be killed by a woman" clause. The rest can have their physical bodies destroyed easily enough.

Felbah, you dont have 2000 Rohirrim as they all rode into Helms Deep before you left. As to the arguments of "They dont all fit", they do, as several thousand Elves could fit (as shown in the Two Towers).
Grandsubrit, you cant have 15000 men disobey their king's orders just because you told them to.
Al-Quarra, there are several problems with besieging Moria, most have been said, but there are a few other problems. 1. Moria has two entrances, 1 on either side of the Misty Mountains. 2. You are attacking from the western entrance, where the Watcher is, and he'd probably kill half your army.

Well, it isn't really. The elves of Lindon had no king, and it's only major cities were Harlond and the Grey Havens.

Plus according to the Wiki most of the elves, except for a small minority, had sailed to the west by the time of the War of the Ring.

Apparently even with fire, it doesn't hurt them but, the books tell us that "they have no love of fire and fear those who wield it" I think it has something to do with the fact that they dwell in a realm of shadows and fire shows them for what they are. But it's never fully explained. And when they got drowned at that crossing, their horses got killed, but they didn't.
In fact, they can only be destroyed if their rings are, and/or the One Ring is destroyed, since their rings' power is chained to that somehow. Or they're fatally wounded by someone with an enchanted barrow-blade. Something like that, I'm guessing.

Heh, even with. Hobbits ain't one-man badass armies, and Nazgul are one-man badass evil armies. Each. With a lot of XP built up over the millennia.
