Well I will accept any number below 700, but thats it. No more than 700. Like 2000 men would believe that bullshit. Overall I'm neutral but can be swayed by each side to join Good or Evil. All I need is some convincing and proof you can offer me something worth my time. So Good people if you want Theoden to be on your side find nice things and convince Theoden to join your side with gifts (same with Sauron, I will go with the highest bidder)

This RP is non-canonical from this point forward. That still means your men have been trained to fight Sauron, raised to hate the Darkness, etc.

And Numenor has the wealth of a thousand Rohans. It is also, however, far out into the Great Sea, and has only recently sent fleets to Middle Earth.

Ok, but be careful as Theoden's Guards are already traitors to Rohan and have begun to become loyal to evil Theoden and Sauron does sometimes take command of Theoden and control him. I'm making this interesting and given Sauron Saurman's original role in controlling Theoden.
