Time to wrap this up.

And time to also finalise a new powergrid system and put that shit in the OP, at long, long last.

Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Intelligence: Can aid when making rolls for cracking puzzles or building things. I shall use a d20 die and so the scale goes like this.
1 INT- (-3 on all INT rolls)
2 INT (-2 on all INT rolls)
3 INT (-1 on all INT rolls)
4 INT (+1 on all INT rolls)
5 INT (+2 on all INT rolls)
6 INT and so on and so forth. Plus all the roleplaying bonuses you will get.

Strength: This is for when you attack someone physically, with punches and such. Goes by the same principle as the INT above.

Durability: This decides your total health points. Durability is decided by this formula (x^4+100). You'll note that health is very much an exponential value.

Speed: This is a very underused stat, to my moderate disappointment. In any case, I require your assistance in helping figure this one out.

Charisma: This stat is an exception to the rule in that it is always on when speaking with NPCs. This stat is different in that a 1 gives you a -5 penalty instead of a -3.

Magic: Same rules as INT. The effects of roll results, since magic is so varied, will be decided by me during battles unless it's just a normal fight scene.

These rolls will be mainly used in boss battles or important confrontations/puzzles.

Damage is calculated as (d20 roll/2)^3, when under a 16. If a roll goes over a 16, I bring out two six-sided die and then I do (d20/2)^3 + (Die1+Die2)^3.

Now criticise and suggest things.

Woo! I'm about 70% done with the maps for the new Dice RP! Less than twenty left! :D

Of course, I've more or less been doing the easy ones first, so most of that 30% is going to take a while...

Well, Speed would count for what? Dodging? If so, you should probably just roll with the same rule as the others, or something.

It really seems overly complicated for an RP like this, but I don't really have any specific criticisms or suggestions.

I'm going to specifically have all of my characters avoid them whenever possible. Thankfully, that'll be pretty easy for most of them. Really, the only ones who will ever directly engage enemies will be Lena and Optimus Prime.

Now I can have an excuse to not engage in boss fights.
"The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. You understand what I'm saying? We knew we couldn't make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders. raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did."—former Nixon domestic policy chief John Ehrlichman

I suppose the cooking teacher might not have much of a reason for getting in fights, but with the fact that Eldliam has healing and Excalibur he'd be pretty useful to have with a main group. And Daniel would just be there because he wants to.

I don't like that idea, since someone could make a character with really high charisma and just make everyone do exactly what he wants. Having an absurdly powerful fighter like Lewis is alright if written well; An irresistible mind-controller, not so much.

I don't think they'd be irresistible mind-controllers even with full Charisma.

I can get Lena out of boss battles by having Jojo simply not want risking his sister getting killed again, but there's really no way I'll be able to stop Optimus. He's going to go straight into every battle he sees.

Of course, he's also likely to perform a Heroic Sacrifice long before then because he's kind of Robot Jesus like that. :P
