Excuse me, sir. Seeing as how the V.P. is such a V.I.P., shouldn't we keep the P.C. on the Q.T.? 'Cause if it leaks to the V.C. he could end up M.I.A., and then we'd all be put out in K.P.

Because taking on a suicidal amount of characters is the new fad these days.

Name: Lewis Jameson Jones
Age (Actual): 10
Age (Appears): Demon
Race: Half-Cambion
Appearance:
Image

Because disguises are useless at this point.
Powergrid/Powers: INT 2
STR 6
DUR 6
SPD 3
FS 3
Magic Levels - Lv. 5 Regeneration
Lv. 5 Throwing Fire at Shit
Weaknesses: Typical demon stuff. An intense fear of ostriches.
Personality: I'll wing it.
History: Caliban Jones (half-human on his father's side) was in an unfortunate predicament in the Heavensgate demonic slums ten years ago. Namely that he was about to have his neck broken by his fifth cousin once removed during Azazel's invasion. That is, of course, until his would-be murderer's head exploded - a fatal blow delivered by one Lewis Jameson, whom Caliban recognize from his short (and involuntary) tenure as a guard at a random castle in the middle of nowhere, where some extraordinary things occurred and he was lucky enough to escape.

At any rate, after Heavensgate's destruction, Caliban and his nine months pregnant wife fled. They eventually settled in a (relatively) nice city named Auragrad with their only son - Lewis Jameson Jones, named for Caliban's savior and minor celebrity amongst the population of Alastor's realm (the name of which I do not actually know).

Lewis Jameson Jones lived a normal life in Auragrad, until his father got the idea one day to send him to Elfen High, so he could grow up to be like Caliban's idol. Lewis Jameson Jones doesn't actually care about Lewis Jameson not-Jones, but he cared about appeasing his father, so he agreed.

And now, after some lying about his age, here he is - three days late for the start of the school year.
RP Sample: This.

Twenty points to whoever figures out what inspired this.

It's finally done :3

Jacob led Caspian into a room not too far from the library. Elfen high had plenty of rooms like that. He sat down on a couch, and pulled Caspian down with him lightly, not trying to force him to do anything.

Caspian sat down next to Jacob, looking the boy's face over. He blinked several times, and buried his head in his hands. He wasn't crying... no, he wasn't. He groaned, frustrated. He slumped over, resting his head on the arm of the couch so that his body was pointing away from Jacob. He wasn't thinking of that fact that this did give the other boy a view of his rear - he was thinking of how confused he was.

"I don't even know what's wrong or right," he said quietly.

Jacob smiled politely at him, and put his hand on the boy's hand, pulling it away from his face and holding it softly. He cradled his hand with both of his, trying to comfort the boy. The view of the boy's rear did in fact entice him, but he was trying not to be too forward.

"Well... Everything is right. You just have to decide what's right for you," Jacob said, trying to make things seem good to the boy, "For instance... This seems right to me." Not that Caspian knew he was staring at the boy's ass.

Caspian was trying to keep himself from looking at Jacob, because what the boy was saying went against everything Jacob had been taught about human sexuality. Gays were unnatural, lustful, promiscuous beings who assuredly all had or would soon have horrific sexually transmitted diseases. He couldn't be one of them, and yet... he was kind of forced to accept that he was attracted to this boy. He shook his head again. He said, "I can't even tell if it is. I can't be... I mean, I don't..."

He groaned again, finally turning his head to look at Jacob. "Why is everything so bloody difficult?" he asked exasperatedly.

Jacob just shrugged, and scooted a bit closer to the boy, resting his hand on Caspian's side. So this is what it's like to come to terms with your sexuality. Jacob had never experienced this, because he just never had to. But... He felt like he knew he had to make sure Caspian was okay. So he offered more comforting words, "I don't know why it seems like it is. But I know it is for you. All I can say is... Just let yourself live in the present. Don't let preconceived notions define who you are and what you believe. Because you'll always hate yourself."

Caspian's eyes shined, watery. They were ringed with red from all the crying he'd been doing today. He sniffled just a bit, and sat up, leaning in towards Jacob, as if to kiss him again. But he stopped short. He put a hand on Jacob's leg, and bowed his head. "I don't know if..."

He looked up again, his eyes pleading as they stared into Jacob's. "I want to, I desperately want to, but I... I can't just let everything I've ever been taught go!"
There was definitely a tear in his eye again.

Jacob wrapped his arms around Caspian instinctively, and cradled him, pulling the boy close to him. It wasn't like he knew what else to do. He obviously wanted to kiss me, but he's ashamed. He reasoned with himself. He was certain he would end up getting Caspian to be his, at this point. It was just a matter of making him comfortable with that.

"I know you do, sweety. And I know you grew up in a less accepting time. But people were scared back then, scared to let you be yourself. So I'm telling you now, you don't have to be afraid. Ever." Then he tilted the boy's face up, and kissed him lightly.

Caspian kissed him back for approximately a second and a quarter before pulling away and wrapping his own arms around Jacob. He leaned his head forward again, until their noses were touching, and said, "Back in... back in 1980 I had a girlfriend. Was that... I liked her, a lot. Does this mean that that was a lie?" He furrowed his brow, looking deep into Jacob's eyes.

Jacob was almost taken aback by this sudden movement, but he settled, and wrapped his arms comfortingly around Caspian. "No, not at all Love... Well... Feelings... Aren't like that. It was no more a lie than... Than how I feel for you right now." He lit up with a soft smile, trying to make sure he knew Jacob was sincere.

Caspian looked at Jacob like a lost puppy. He said softly, "I can't promise that I'll ever accept this or be comfortable or get used to anything, but..."
He paused for a while, just staring into Jacob's eyes. They were enticing. Finally, he finished, "I'll try. I have to try." He shivered, and his voice was shaking slightly. He tilted his head to the side and leaned in again, closing his eyes. He was close enough already that by the time he had the impulse to stop this wrong, shameful thing, he was already kissing Jacob and it was too late.

Jacob languished in the kiss, suddenly finding himself emotionally overwhelmed, something he hadn't felt for years. Maybe it was just the moment, or maybe he really did want the boy to be his. Either way, he went with it. He pressed into the kiss, Pushing Caspian back slightly as he did. Forceful, this one. I don't think you could know how much I want you, he though to himself.

There was a very brief moment where Caspian pushed back, fighting Jacob, before he let himself sink into the moment. There were fireworks going off in his head, as far as he was concerned. He let himself be pushed back, and more than that - he let himself fall, let his back hit the couch so that he was now laying on it, pulling Jacob down with him as he did so.

Jacob now assumed the position he was expecting to be in. He was straddling Caspian, his arms and hands resting on his chest as he kissed the boy. He was honestly surprised just how far Caspian let him get. But he didn't argue, he went with it, and a hand reached up to stroke Caspian's hair.

Alarm bells were going off in Caspian's head as he fully realized that Jacob was laying on top of him. He broke off the kiss quiet suddenly and looked to the side, away from Jacob's face. He turned bright red again - he was very blushy, actually, as he was finding out. Clearing his throat, he let go of Jacob, using his hands to nervously adjust his bow tie. He noticed that his hat had fallen to the floor, too, in his quest to look at anything but Jacob's face. Because then he might let his guard down now, and... regardless of the genders involved here, it was moving far faster than Caspian was comfortable with.

Jacob could sense the apprehension, so he climbed off of the boy, and knelt next to him, off the couch. He took hold of the hand that was hanging, and whispered softly to him, "I'm sorry. I won't try to rush you, I promise that." He wasn't lying, he wanted to keep this at what ever pace was comfortable. He grinned and played with Caspian's bow-tie, deciding to change the subject for him. "So... Why do you always dress like The Doctor?"

At that, Caspian sat up and grinned in a very Tom Baker way. He declared, "Because I think he's brilliant - the Doctor, I mean. I was born in 1963, you know; same year Who first came on TV. So, in a way, I've grown up with the show, though I didn't seriously start watching until somewhere about halfway through Jon Pertwee as the Third Doctor - I remember how shocked I was when he regenerated into Tom Baker, though of course I consider Four to be my Doctor, so to speak - he was still on TV back in 1980, though I've since watched most of the highlights at least of everything that happened after, thanks to all the modern stuff around now. I remember, I had my gran knit me that scarf, to look just like..."

He trailed off and looked at Jacob very sadly. He said, very quietly, "I suppose she's long gone now. My gran, that is."

Jacob thought he might cry when he heard that. In fact, a tear did roll down his cheek, and he uttered a small, "I'm so sorry..." to him. It reminded him of his mother, strangely. Loving, caring... Although all he had to remember her by was his toy, which he now kept safe in a box in his room. More to protect everyone else from it than anything. He squeezed Caspian's hand, and cooed softly.

Caspian leaned forward and awkwardly hugged Jacob again. Then he realized that this wasn't going to work, one on the couch one off, so he got off the couch, kneeled down, and tried again, which worked much better. He said, "And then that... that Angel guy... had to... he..."

Now Caspian was crying again. That scarf had been precious to him, very precious.

Jacob hugged him tightly, and shooshed him, "Shh, calm down. It's okay... It's okay. I know it meant much to you, but he didn't know. He did try to fix it..."
He stood up, and held his hand out. "Come with me, I want to show you something."

Caspian hesitated, but after a moment he did take Jacob's hand, looking perhaps a bit quizzical. He said, "Alright. Lead the way."
Hopefully wherever Jacob led him, there would less crying.

Jacob lead him to the entrance to his room, and told him to wait there for a moment. He walked into his room, closing the door behind him. A bit of rustling was heard, and then the door opened, and Jacob exited, holding what looked like a small, very shiny, metal item, about the size of a softball. Jacob looked down at it, and after a brief moment, it transformed into a G.I. Joe sized figure, modeled after the fourth doctor. "Here," Jacob said, offering the metal figure to Caspian. He didn't say what it was to him, no matter how much he wanted to. In fact, it was the last thing he had to remember his mother by, but he thought Caspian needed it more.

Caspian blinked and took the toy. He didn't understand - couldn't understand - how important it was to Jacob, but he did understand that it was significant. This was Jacob making up for the scarf. This was a connection, a physical object connecting him and Jacob now. Also, he seemed to understand that this wasn't just any old toy. He examined the toy and hesitated for a minute, as if to see if anyone else was around. Then he threw his arms around Jacob, pulling him close. He whispered, 'Thank you.'

Jacob hugged him back, a tear rolling down his cheek, now that Caspian couldn't see his face. Truth be told, this was the biggest thing he had ever done in his life, or at least it felt like it. Maybe he was putting too much effort into this early on, but he thought it was more than worth it. He rubbed Caspian's back softly, and responded with an almost inaudible whisper, "You're welcome."

Caspian held on to Jacob, continuing to hug him. He'd cried enough today alone to know the shake in the voice that accompanies tears, and so he knew that Jacob was either shedding them or on the verge of doing so. He said, "I think this gift is important to you. I'll be sure to take good care of it."
He closed his eyes and tried to enjoy the hug, which was less difficult than he thought it might end up being.

Jacob could only nod. It was important to him, more than he thought he could explain. But then, he figured Caspian understood, somehow. So instead of trying to, he just continued to hug him, not really paying attention to how long they held each other in embrace.

Finally, Caspian pulled away from the embrace and gently put the toy in one of the pockets on his coat. He looked Jacob in the eye and suddenly words were rushing out before he could even think about them. As soon as they were out of his mouth, he regretted them, but he also knew that they were honest and reflective of what he wanted. Still, he felt like they had been a mistake and left him with bubbles in his stomach.

He said, "Do you want to go out on, like, a proper date-type-thingy sometime?"

His eyes bugged out as soon as the words had left his mouth and he turned as if to run, though he made himself keep his feet firmly planted. He had said the words and there was no going back from them.

Jacob's eyes practically lit up, and he smiled a huge smile. "Yes, I would love to go on a date with you," he said, and then kissed Caspian on the cheek like a cute little boy would to his crush. Truth be told, that's how he acted where liked someone, so he didn't really feel embarrassed by it. He thought it was normal.

Caspian nodded, shaking. His mouth felt very dry. He wrung his hands together and asked, "Ummm... alright, second question, this is a boarding school, so, umm... I don't even know that we're allowed to leave campus. I'm not even sure how to... have a..."

Oh god, he thought. What am I doing? Stop it, Caspian. Stop this, right now. Dad would be ashamed, and so would Mum and Gran. And you know that Donaldson would never let you hear the end of it.

But all those people were dead, except maybe Donaldson. And the boy who was his best friend in his other life was likely very old if he was still alive - probably nearly 70.

He hesitantly tried to finish the statement, though it sounded forced. "What can we even do that'd be any different from hanging out?"
He paused, and added, "What do you want to do? I think I'd..."

He paused again, and swallowed nervously. He could do this. He could do this. The damage had been done, now all he had to do was roll with it. "I think I'd like it to be tomorrow, if that's alright with you."

Jacob thought for a moment, opened his mouth, closed it, and thought again. Truth be told, he hadn't been on a date in quite a while, and he didn't think he would. But now here he was, making plans. "ahhh..."

He pulled out his wallet, and checked the contents. Surprisingly, he had money. Then again, it was the beginning of school and he had spent almost a year traveling through the world.

"Tomorrow would be great, actually. How would you feel about a dinner date? If that's too much, we can do something else. And I'm sure we can get off campus..."

Caspian's mouth and throat were both quite dry indeed. He struggled to make words happen, but eventually croaked out, "Dinner? Like, in public? With... with people?" His eyes were wide. Sure, this was 2030, but all he could think of was the one time back in 1978 that he'd seen homosexuals out in public. Or at least, he was pretty sure that's what they had been. He, Donaldson, and Wigglesworth had pelted them with water balloons that had been filled with honey and then chased them off on bicycles. He suddenly realized that he had no idea if homosexuality were actually acceptable here, in public.

Jacob chuckled lightly, remembering that this boy was from the past. "Indeed, in public. Don't worry, gay couples are very accepted in public. They aren't much more than a percent of the population, but we're well liked. Although... That annoying stereotype about fashion is still around." Jacob was a perfect example of a fashion blind queer, really.

Caspian forced himself to laugh, though it was a very unsure laugh that came out. He looked at his outfit and said, "I don't think I have to worry about being stereotyped in regards to my fashion choices. Unless this is somehow 'in' here in the future." He smiled awkwardly and his cheeks turned slightly pink. He muttered, "So, um, dinner date sounds good, then."

Speaking up, he added, "I guess I'll let you pick where, since I'm not, uh, native." He looked down at his feet.

"I know just the place. There's this really nice Italian restaurant in London I know of. Delicious Alfredo." Jacob had sensed the apprehension in his laugh, so he took Caspian's hand, and spoke in a reassuring voice, "Hey, don't worry. There's all of two bigots we will see, most likely. And even if we do, I promise I will protect you."

Caspian nodded slowly, squeezing Jacob's hand. He asked, "How formal is this restaurant? Can I wear my normal style or would that be... frowned upon?"
He reflected for a moment on the word bigot. It was a word for closed-minded, ignorant fools. Is that what he had been, back in his other life? Is that what he was trying to stop being? He considered the memory of chasing those two gays on bicycle... and for the first time, he realized that they had been scared. Well, that was ridiculous, he'd known they were scared, of course they'd been scared. But now... now it registered in a different way.

Jacob shrugged, unaware of what was going through Caspian's head, "I've only ever seen one suit-and-tie couple, but they were there for a business thing, I think. Your normal outfit is perfect for the restaurant. And besides, this is Britain. I'm pretty sure all you'll get is smiles for the homage."

Caspian honestly smiled and said, "Of course." The smile faded as he thought about how he wouldn't have his scarf with him, but he put the thought out of his mind. He asked, "So, you're a fan of Who as well, I take it?"

Jacob grinned, and nodded. He did like Doctor Who quite a bit, although he had yet to invest time in the classics. "Indeed I am. David Tennant was a sexy beast, in his Doctor days." He didn't actually know how much of the 21st century doctors Caspian knew.

Caspian shrugged and said, "I've... never thought of the Doctors that way. Though even with another twelve Doctors since... well, Four is still my favorite. I always carry around a bag of jelly babies thanks to him." He laughed, then, and pulled out the bag. Grinning, he asked, "Fancy a jelly baby?"

Jacob chuckled. This was one of the few things he actually knew about Doctor Who. "I'd love one!" Jacob felt nice. The bonding was more than helpful for the two to get along, and it made him feel comfortable. "I used to keep a little toy sonic screwdriver, but I lost it shortly before I got to Elfen High. "

Caspian grinned and fished out a handful of jelly babies from the bag, in assorted colors. "Take as many as you like," he said enthusiastically. Then, with his other hand, he reached into his coat pocket. He said, "I always keep my sonic screwdriver on me, at all times." With that, he pulled out a toy replica of the Sonic Screwdriver that the Fourth Doctor had used.

Jacob took a couple jelly babies from Caspian's hand, and popped one in his mouth. He then looked at the Sonic Screwdriver and laughed, "Oh wow! That's brilliant. The one I had was supposedly an authentic one from Tennant, but I had my doubts. Mostly the lack of any fancy noises."

Caspian laughed. "They have ones that do make the noise, and they also make this light that reveals invisible writing... at least, that's what the catalog that I was looking through when I bought this one said. Or, well, I suppose I didn't buy it, Wallace and Fatima did." He waved the sonic around a bit, and then popped the rest of the jelly babies that were in his hand into his mouth. Though, notably, he kept the bag out.

Jacob, having already finished his Jelly Babies, grabbed a couple more from the bag. He figured Caspian wouldn't mind, anyhow. "I wish I had one of those. Maybe the noise wasn't actually made from the toy. Maybe it was just a sound effect." Jacob shrugged, he didn't mind either way. "So... What do you want to do now?"

Caspian shrugged and put the bag of jelly babies away so he could take Jacob's other hand in his own. Which he did. He looked into the boy's eyes again - his eyes were really entrancing - and said, "I don't know. I'm not sure how comfortable I'd be with doing... anything, really, yet. With you, I mean. Not that you're not... but I just... this is all..."

Oh, bugger it all, he thought. He leaned in and kissed Jacob again.

He was a little bit surprised by the kiss, but he welcomed it graciously. He wrapped an arm around Caspian's waist, and Jacob's other hand found it's place on the back of his head, running through his hair. He softly stroked the boy's hair while they kissed. Just a couple hours ago... This boy ran crying from me. And now he's kissing me of his own free will, He mused to himself as they kissed.

Caspian broke off the kiss, and said, "I don't know what else to do. Maybe we could go back to the lounge and sit down? I don't... I know we're going... out tomorrow, but I don't know that I'm ready to be around... other people at the same time as you." He titled his head and looked at Jacob pleadingly.

Jacob smiled, and pecked Caspian on the lips lightly, then nodded, "Sure, let's go back there. The couch would be nice to rest on, anyway?"

Caspian nodded, smiling back. It had indeed only been a few hours, but... he was starting to get used to this, he thought. It wasn't so different from relations with a female, after all...

He said, "I could use a little bit of rest... this school is very tiring. But just for a little while; I don't want to..." He trailed off, not sure how to put what he wanted to say into good words.

Jacob nodded, "Yeah, I probably could too. The couches are pretty comfortable."

He took Caspian's hand and led him to the lounge, where he promptly flopped onto the couch, half laying down.

Caspian laid down on the couch next to Jacob - a bit more gracefully, he liked to think, but there it was - and looked at him, taking in his face. He yawned and said, "Now, if I start to fall asleep here, don't let me, okay?" He gave him a very quick kiss.

Jacob stroked his hair softly, thinking it might keep him awake. Poor, naive Jacob. In fact, he was half asleep already, the day finally catching up to him. He laid his head back, and, in his mind, he was professing his feelings to Caspian. In reality, he was softly, almost inaudibly mumbling.

Caspian smiled, realizing how heavy his eyes were. Maybe if he shut them for just a second, that might be okay. He vaguely heard Jacob mumbling, which was a pleasant sound. A bit like white noise - people had whole machines for that which helped... to put them... to... to... sleee...

Caspian breathing slowed, and Jacob's eyes closed as they drifted off into dreamland.

Sure, approved.

I'll bring him in once we're done with the current plot threads.

"It's not as crazy as it sounds," says Dr. Hope Steele. "Every day, people die because we don't have the organs to save them. Well, that and widespread under-funding of the health system. But the point is, if the government allowed us to take organs from dead people, we could save hundreds of lives a year. And come on, it's not like dead people need them."
