So, to be clear, the magic block is only in Buenos Aires (at the moment) and Marowit can't use magic even though he/she/it is a god.

Because this is kind of an important detail.

Strong enough to crush a machine gun/arm.

But it doesn't matter much now, since he's dead and there'll be time to rebuild it or make it into something better if you so choose.
