You could have someone recall any of your men from the Russian ships and get the ships boilers/turbines started?

Working on some awesome tactics. Posting might be a bit slow due to moving flat IRL. Waiting on go from the American squadron.

I'll post when my guy rejoins his ship, but since the timeline has only advanced a half hour I'll have to wait a bit. Given the rush to put to sea, I might change Elliott's travel arrangements and fly him to Scapa, but that will still take a couple hours.

Might be a good idea. I'd wait to get things started, but I'd like to get the Axis more involved so that everyone is doing something, and this seems to be the way to do it.
