currently the world is mostly unspoiled, but filling up rapidly. Geographically, it is the modern earth, but that shall eventually change to all for expansion and PLOT yet to happen. In the future, territories for new players will be decided ooc by OP judgment, unless another player is willing to give up some territory. (being Hetalia, actual area controlled is relatively unimportant, and such generosity makes for great RPing. Just sayin.)
