Swith said, "hold that thought!" and then vanished. She returned a few minutes later having removed all the newspapers from the bins outside the building. She spread them on the floor under Thriller's feet and then sat down. "I think we should let Sydney have her first nibble of deer meat, since her teeth are coming in. Siduer will just have to wait a while longer for solid foods."

"I've been fine, but I miss you," Blythe said to Superbia. She glanced over at the raptor at the bar and gave him a friendly nod. "I read some of the books you brought back from the Market. Damaged a bible by eating some pages, because I thought I literally had to ingest it to understand it. Found out more about the Ark. Taught Feathers how to make love. Found my missing purse... and came over to take the car for an oil change, but it's not here. How's your day going? Feeling rested?"

Katya got up and stretched. She held out a hand to help Dora up.

"Go somewhere?"

Dora looked up, and then took Katya's hand. "Thanks. Sure, what do you have in mind?"

"I don't know.", Katya shrugged. "We haven't chilled with Kei much lately."

"Ehh, I think we should be fair and wait for Siduer to get his teeth in." *He told as he started skinning the deer.*

"I've been fine, but I miss you," Blythe said to Superbia. She glanced over at the raptor at the bar and gave him a friendly nod. "I read some of the books you brought back from the Market. Damaged a bible by eating some pages, because I thought I literally had to ingest it to understand it. Found out more about the Ark. Taught Feathers how to make love. NVE didn't know the mammal who smiled at him. So he assumed she thought he was Neil or Fortu, they did all look the same since two of them were clones.

"Mix vodka, tequila, and mouthwash with a bit of turpentine and give me that in a tall glass." he told the waiter.

"Well, I'll see ya back at the building, Naomi.", Torii said. She left the base.

Shortly after, the boy quietly hopped up, not being actually dead. He slipped out unnoticed and disappeared from the city without incident.

"Ugh.." *He moaned. They arrived a Chaos. Levi put the car in reverse and parked it perfectly. He then turned to them and said.* "We are here." *He unbuckled his seatbelt before taking the keys out of the ignition.*

Jacob ordered a simple beer that wasn't too strong. "Hey what was going on a few days ago when all those people randomly showed up... I got stuck in my room during whatever was going on because someone put a ton of stuff in front of my door."

Swith breathed a sigh of relief. "Good. At least things are running smoothly." She watched his hands working and admired his strength and dexterity for a few, then leaned over and rested her arms and head on the workbench. "I'd just end up mutilating that carcass," she chuckled. "You never cease to impress me."

Blythe occupied herself by slicing up lemon and lime wedges and restocking salt and cherries behind the bar. She moved on to washing things tossed into the small bar sink, and restocking glasses.

The waiter came back with NVE's mixed drink, Jacob's beer, and a pitcher of Elf Blood-absinthe for the two troopers.

Herean had woken up around mid-day. He had an odd feeling that something out there new what he was doing and would probably try to stop him soon, but he ignored it as some sort of false memory. Those popped up often; deja-vu wasn't exactly uncommon for him. Still, it made him consider putting off his hunt until later; maybe even just not doing it today.
Yeah, great idea, Herean. You can either kill one person today and get it over with, or skip it because of an ominous feeling and have to kill two tomorrow to catch up.
He vanished, reappearing in the Bad Part of Town, and began looking for a criminal engaged in the act of being crimey.

"I'm 60% sure. Now I need to clean out my digestive tract." NVE said and drank hs potent drink. He cringed and passed out at the table.
