Swith transformed to her human state, all sense of play gone. She furrowed her brow in concern. "Thriller, what's wrong? Has something bad happened?"

"Bad stuff did happen.. Can.. We go somewhere more private?"

"wah!" he started feeling at the object(s)

He'd feel that they were too soft to be goggles, but couldn't make it out.

Bran nodded uncertainly and exited the pool. He held onto the railings as his tail split into two appendages that reformed into his Human legs. The man walked over, dried himself, and dressed before heading off to the vacant workout room to work out.

The book seemed to be the normal story that the cover showed, although the author was printed as "Natiya Nikanor" and the main character on the cover stared back at him with familiar eyes.

Aleki! She thought and hoped he'd realize what had happened, although being read did feel nice, she was giving her knowledge to others.
