Tension
After the end of World War 2, the world has become rife with political tensions between NATO and the Warsaw Pact.

For decades, these two military alliances of opposite convictions have been battling in the shadow, never facing each other openly: spying, coup-d'états, military helps to the enemies of the opponent, competing in every field from science to space conquest. The relationship between the two blocs was so tense, that, on several occasions, the world almost plunged into a third world war. It would have only needed one spark...On December 19th of 1975, around the Iron Curtain area near Grafhorst in Germany, a member of the East-German National People's Army defects and to flee to the West, shooting down two border guards during his escape. Suddenly rekindling the tensions between NATO and the Warsaw Pact, the event becomes the starting point of the military escalation in Europe. NATO, starting to deploy its troops in Germany, suffers the first attacks from East German forces, before launching a full-scale offensive in the German Democratic Republic.Now that most East Germany is under NATO's control, the Pact's massive forces, like a steamroller, break into Germany... war is about to set Europe ablaze.

Alexei Kosygin woke early. He had been planning the invasion of Germany for months in advance. He paced back and forth in his large office in Moscow, pondering how to go about the invasion after the war had begun, which it had. Finally he had decided upon a plan, and sent a message to his commander in chief. He typed on his telegraph and sent a telegram to the Soviet commander in chief. It reads:

Commander,

The war has begun. I wish for you to lead three armies to invade Western Germany. One I want to push around East Germany and attack Southeastern Germany as a diversion. Then have the other two push around and attack Northeastern Germany hitting them in a pincer movement. They will be decimated.

Signed:Premier Alexei Kosygin.

And the telegram was highly encrypted to prevent their plans from being discovered.

Brackmen walked into Rockefeller's office, with a large packet in his hand. He told Rockefeller "I'm going to be making a small trip to Britain, while I'm there I might make a visit with the damned Soviets." Rockefeller responded "Send a telegram before you leave, and I don't want this trip to go public." Brackmen responded "Don't worry, I have a plan.
John was sitting in his office, about to send a telegram to the Premier of the USSR.

To: Mr. Kosygin
From: John Brackmen VPOTUS
Mr. Kosygin, I believe that I should travel to Moscow right away so I could try to ease the tensions. This would stop another world war, and wee both know that throwing away innocent lives is just an atrocity. Now I'm asking for your permission to fly to Moscow and have a meeting with you.

Brackmen then sent the telegram, having a plan, he was going to make history.

Alexei Kosygin actually had no wish for war. He had been coerced by the military into making the plans to invade Germany when the tensions forced a war. But obviously he would not show signs of pacifism, that would pass off Mother Russia as a weak land that the West could take over. But he did decide to agree to a meeting, and sent the following to Mr. Brackmen.

Mr. Brackmen,

Esteemed Vice President, I would be happy to hold a meeting between us to represent our two alliances. The Warsaw Pact and NATO. You can meet me at the airport, where me and my guards will be waiting for you. I hope to have a productive meeting.

We need the assistance of the Soviet Army and our Warsaw Pact allies immediately if the DDR is to have any chance of being saved. It is only with your strength can this happen, only your strength can stand against the greatest threat to socialism since the days of Nazi Germany. My forces currently occupy all of Berlin but they have no hope of holding out long against the combined NATO armies marching ceaslessly towards our valiant comrades in arms.

Alexei Kosygin knew well the severity of the situation. He hoped that his commander in chief would have been able to swiftly act on his commands, but Alexei saw that was not the case. He sent a reassuring message to General Secretary Erich Honecker. Highly encrypted. It reads:

General Secretary,

No need to fear. I have already sent commands to my commander in chief ordering him to attack the NATO forces in a pincer movement. Several hundred thousand troops will be sent, and several tank and aircraft divisions. East Germany will not fall into Western hands!

The Seventh corp under the command of Dmitri was ordered to attack NATO From the southeast. Once the NATO would be focused on this attack the eighth corp and second corp was to be ordered to attack from the North. Secondary goals for the eighth corp was to reinforce the brave NVA soldiers at Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. which would be handled by the ninth infantry and 14th armored division.But preparations would take some time.Supply lines had to made.

John was delighted to have heard the news about the invitation. He boarded Executive Two and immediately ordered the jet to fly to Moscow. He told the president of his meeting and said that he canceled the trip to London. He still had that packet in his hand.
Once they arrived, Brackmen got off the plane with some of his most trusted guards. He knew this was dangerous lands, so he stayed there until the escort arrived. Trying to kill the time, he lit a cigar.

This was important, Brackmen brought out a smirk "Okay, show me the way." Brackmen was a political genius when it comes to these types of political operations. "Premier Kosygin, may I inform you about the tensions in Germany. In my best interest it is for NATO forces to avoid any contact with the Warsaw Pact. I would also like to see to it that a nuclear arms limitation is signed.

"You can deceive someone quite calmly. You would make an excellent diplomat." Kosygin said while he took a pause to let his company of highly armed guards catch up to him. He had two guards with him, armed with AK-47's to defend the premier in the event of a major event.

Now seeing that Kosygin had calmed, John made his move to strike "Premier Kosygin, I believe that I know of a plan that involves attacking NATO forces. I've been watching your moves, and I know how you play. I infer that a third world war would occur if you dare kill one NATO soldier. The United States will be all over this war if you even try." This meeting was not for friendly relations, it was for the truth.

Premier Kosygin angrily burst out "How dare you make such accusations as this against the Soviet Union! You American pigs have imperialistically invaded Vietnam and Korea and claim WE are the ones who would be attacking YOU? I should shoot you where you stand for this blatant accusation of us attacking NATO forces!" and his guards loaded their guns. He suspected some kind of violent action by the American.

John noticed the guards load their guns. John put his hands behind his back, this was a signal to his guard. He raised his gun. "Alexei, I don't want any trouble, I just suspect that you are plotting something. I don't trust this country, and you are proving why I shouldn't." John was a little nervous now, but he had no intention of showing it.

"You do not trust MY country! You have invaded our allies many a time and betrayed us every chance you got since WE won WW2 for you! I have never trusted you American pigs. If you want trouble, you got trouble." Alexei said as several of his guards marched in front of the Premier, cocking their guns and pointing them at the American and his guard. With that, John opened the packet to see if its containment was safe.

John knew that storing a tape recorder in the packet would help, fortunately Kosygin yelled loud enough so that the recorder could pick up his voice."Mr. Kosygin, you are behaving like a child. You are souring our diplomatic relationship. We gave the people in Berlin food, after you closed down the city. This shows how oppressive Communism can be. Threats to kill me are not helping. Alexei put his hand in his pocket, feeling his Soviet pistol. He wanted nothing less than to shoot the man in front of him. But he did not and said to him "Stalin by no means represents the entire Soviet Union. I make every attempt to improve our relationship but all you do is continuously spread lies and deceit about our glorious Motherland! And I do suppose it is perfectly okay for you to threaten the entire Warsaw Pact?" angrily, still somewhat loud.
