This one humbly submits that the squid might be well-suited to the role of an engineer. It does not think you should do this, however, as this one does not wish to offend the other engineers who are also very important. This one deferentially suggests you find another role instead.

See, I never really

liked the Geth in the first place, and Legion had died previously because I fucked up, so there was no one to really convince me otherwise. I was always very fond of the Quarians, and I really wanted to give them their world back.

However, we do lack an explosives expert, and I feel like a squid in power armor would make for a really good walking AAA/missile/rocket battery, because we WILL encounter enemy vehicles, armored targets, and aerospacecraft.

See, I never really

liked the Geth in the first place, and Legion had died previously because I fucked up, so there was no one to really convince me otherwise. I was always very fond of the Quarians, and I really wanted to give them their world back.

Well to tell you the truth:

Legion puts up a really convincing argument. I don't have the right to destroy an entire race. I even romanced Tali, and had to have second thoughts on destroying the Geth. Though without Legion there really isn't an incentive to save them. The amazing badass robot named after a biblical reference is a big plus. Not to mention if they work together the Geth work with the Quarians to improve their immune systems so that a puncture of the suit won't mean death.

I just realized how hilariously ironic it is that Tiffy, who is probably the most physically powerful crew member by a significant margin, pretty much constantly remains on the ship and almost never actually engages in battle.

This is the future. Piss poor would be able to buy outdated tech. Outdated tech being T-90's and gunships like the Void Hunters use. You'll want to have the capability of taking out enemy support. This is why you see even piss-poor insurgents or pirates in the modern day using Stingers and RPG's.
