Brief Description of your nation's History:
Early Neapolitanum was governed by kings, but after only seven of them had ruled, the Romans took power over their own city and ruled themselves. They then instead had a senate which ruled over them. From this point on of the roman republic was born. The greatest challenge the Roman Republic faced was that of the sicilians.Barbaric tribes which threatened the young republic and when the destruction was close for the roman people was when the sicilian's invaded the republic but were soon kicked out of main land italy by general Aemilianus. After 3 years the roman republic invaded mainland sicila, after 3 months reached the sicilian capital the seige was long lasting 2 months before the sicilians surrendered their capital hoping the romans would show mercy. But general aemilianus had other plans he enslaved the sicilian people and settled the sicilian island with romans this marked the golden age of the roman republic economic growth gave the republic power to raise a standing army ever ready to protect the republic. As for aemilianus after his victory in sicilia he was voted consul of the roman republic.
Brief Description of your nation's economy:
Neapolitanum was an agrarian and slave based economy whose main concern was feeding the vast number of citizens and legionaries who populated the republic. Agriculture and trade dominated Roman economic fortunes, only supplemented by small scale industrial production. The staple crops of Roman farmers in Italy were various grains, olives, and grapes. Olive oil and wine, outside of direct food stuffs, were among the most important products in the world and led the republics exports. Romans did use a limited form of 2 tier crop rotation, but crop production was largely low output and required a vast number of slaves to operate at any volume.Farmers could donate surplus crops to the government in lieu of a monetary tax. This system allowed both Republican rulers to gain popularity with the masses through free grain distribution and also help to feed the legions at no direct monetary cost.
Brief Description of your nation's government:
with the kings ousted, a republic oligarchy was established, with two chief magistrates, known as consuls, from the artistocratic class elected annually.
Early in the republic, all power was concentrated into the hands of the patricians, aristocratic, wealthy land holders. Plebians were anyone who was not a patrician (the equestrian class would come later), and many were just as wealthy as the patricians. These aristocratic plebians came to fight what has been called the War of the Orders with the aristocrats in charge .
During this time period, during the early 13th century, a tribune of Plebians was elected to protect their class's rights, and reserved the power to veo movement by the artocratic Senate. in the 11th century the first plebian had been elected consul, and in 1100 , the twelve tablets were published, providing the first written, fair laws in the Roman world. Despite all of these things, power still depended on wealth in Neapolitanum, and even a Plebian would have to have access to financial resources to be elected to the magistracy.
Brief Description of your nation's populace:
The roman people are mostly tall people with black hair and brown or blue eyes who are white in complexion, they are a carefree people who want to enjoy their lives and live in peace. They are also very brave roman legend has it that women used to fight for the god and thus hold a great esteem for females,Roman men are known for their tall and muscular structure. They are brave and are very good swordsmen,on the other hand roman women are beautiful with long black or blond hair pale complexions they are very good in the arts, swordsmanship and acting they spend most of their time in their vast estates or homes taking care of the house when the man away or at war.

they were making a mistake to try to weak eachother and costing lives.
But unfortunately for them, they met up with their Allies:
Celtland with 200 (10 Naval Units) ships.
And another fortunately was that the Celtics are blocking the British ships from Going to Lisbon. Two sides are staring eachother for a moment before breaking the silence.

They and who? Why would Britannia try to weaken itself? But unfortunately for them, they met up with their Allies:
How is it unfortunate to meet up with your allies? By the way, you're allies? I must have missed that.Celtland with 200 (10 Naval Units) ships.
Nice try. You originally posted having four ships in the area. Also, what's your justification for having two hundred warships just hanging around there? And another fortunately was that the Celtics are blocking the British ships from Going to Lisbon. Two sides are staring eachother for a moment before breaking the silence.
How on Earth is it fortunate that the Celts are blocking the Britannic ships? Fortunate for whom? You just said it's unfortunate to meet your allies. Now it's fortunate to block their way?"What are you doing here?" Said The Commander of The First Celtic ship
You basically started your post by answering this. By some magic crystal ball, you knew where they were going. How do you not know now?

A lot of people made all their men patrol the waters when they arent at war, just incase there are any invaders, pirates etc.
And one patrol can be good in numbers

Do you even have two hundred ships? And no, nobody ever uses that many ships on a patrol. NOBODY.
You still have to address my points. If you don't, I am going to ignore your post, and will this once use my authority as co-OP to make others do so, too.
We have standards here in this RP, and your post was, by every possible definition, sub-par.

You know naming this RP Europa Universalis was perhaps the worst idea possible, then again I'd wager short of trying to Chisel the idea into the back of his skull he isn't going to get the point made on IRC repeatedly,THIS IS NOT EUROPA UNIVERSALIS III
