Police vs Master Chief, Arbiter, Batman, Darth Vader, and Gojira?

The fight is even easier.

I am assuming they didn't bring their heavy weapons, and even then SWAT is worthless compared to Master Chief and Arbiter, Super Soldier known for slaughtering hundreds perhaps thousands of aliens and an alien with an energy sword. Both of which are badasses. Then there is Batman who, well its Batman, he would still kick their asses some how.

I am surprised nobody did Ezio, or Altair yet, or even the new assassin from Assassin's Creed III.

Darth Vader and his force? Oh damn, watch out. Now Gojira, who can still fire an atomic breath weapon, that weapon is still going to be deadly if it hits.

True but considering that their equipment probably works then Arbiter has active camo (we can nerf it if you want, I.E make it weaker but still usable) and both have energy shields (again, we can also make those weaker)

Gojira is going to be hard to kill, maybe even hard to find, I am hoping there is a lake in the wooded area.

Yes,but you´re also only 4 guys.
And you´re not in a jungle,in which only you know paths and such,but a museum which the officers could have visited before and sure had access to maps of.

And,I was talking about how in a internal war, we will dependant,and in that I not only talk for myself.
There´s no way Saladin,ulrich,kim,david and the other historical can kill even one of them.

4 guys, with all the others, much like how the VC worked with NVA support.

Less effective without jungle, true, but now they have urban environments to work with, making guerrilla tactics more effective when implemented by the group arguably being one if the best guerrillas in history.
