I'm glad she said yes to your proposal. It made my heart soar that she was lucky to have you propose." He smiled slightly and then left.
Ryan stood there listening to Raven's uncle intently, then somewhat surprised by his last words before he left, not commenting back. "Ryan said nothing but simply smiled. He turned to Raven who was still lying down on the bed. He thought about how he could hold her down when she woke up, but do it in a inconspicuous way. The day was so crazy, yet fun at the same time.
Ryan got an idea about how he could make sure Raven would be alright when she awoke, but he hesitated for a second. after a moment he shrugged, thinking Well I did it once already within the last 24 hours and she sure seemed to enjoy it. Maybe it'll get her mind off of things when she wakes up this time. Coming to a consensus in his mind, Ryan sat down on Raven's bed, and silently waited for signs when she was awaking, sometimes stroking her long hair in a loving manner. When she started to wake he gently putting his hands on her upper arms to be able to hold her down. He bent down and kissed her gently on the lips, like he had done so before in the way she seemed to love. Ryan thought this coupled with a normal date would put her back at ease.

Michael's eyes widened slightly. "Oh. And even though you could kill him, there's the risk of influence afterwards. Seems I might have to call in the big guns, so to speak. Zimudar's wraith sight easily penetrated the shadows; indeed in the shadows, he was at his element. A cloak of darkness swirled around him, creating a rippling effect in the air. The ancient Sumerian sorcerer flickered, and reappeared several meters to the left. Then he called upon the Black Wind, or Salmu Kerūkītu. The very air darkened behind Zimudar, and an unholy din of a thousand insane voices, whispering, shrieking and howling promises and threats in as many dead languages accompanied the appearance of the Black Wind, even as it moved forward, sweeping past Zimudar, a wave of strange, semi-visible, almost inky-blackness. The Black Wind kills, drains the victim's soul or drives insane, almost every living thing it comes in contact with, and it is unlikely the result would be too different here, though it might not be fatal.
The wind wept forth, blackening the very ground beneath it, growing larger and more expansive every second. It grew even louder and the voices more hateful and malevolent as it intercepted the grey cloud, consuming Aniya's dark sorcery gleefully, some of the voices laughing, others cursing, some screaming threats and battle-cries, and a vast array of other things besides. The entity had consumed a vast array of souls over millennia, and many of those trapped, insane voices had belonged to a vast array of beings, mortal and immortal alike.
Even as the Salmu Kerūkītu swept forth, Zimudar moved in the Wind's wake, Dugnamtar poised, ready to attack in one hand, and Sharur in the other. As the Wind went towards Aniya, the seemingly empty helm of the Wraith King scanned the other areas around him, maintaining a constant vigilance, and a readiness should the Bound Being somehow manage to attack from another angle without his awareness.Legato Venari wrote:Elizabeth smiled. Videssos wrote:Michael realised what was going on, as he watched a confused Elizabeth wonder away, into the fog. "Oh shit..." The werewolf rapidly sped off in pursuit, moving so quickly that the air brought up by his passage created enough of a wind to splinter the door into several hundred shards that flew out in his wake.
He stuck his hand into a pocket, and soon retrieved an ancient silver coin. It heavily resembled a Roman denarius, except for the side that usually showed a Roman emperor, there was writing in a seemingly alien script, and a hooded and cloaked figure replaced the emperor, with chains encircling the form's arms and legs. The coin itself seemed warm to the touch. Michael whispered, sending a call for the Elder God's aid, reinforced by an effort of will.
"Fallen One, Crippled God, King of Chains, I beseech your aid." He said simply.
Nearby, a tall figure remarkably akin to that on the coin shimmered into visibility. The very air around him maintained a resemblance to the static on a faulty camera, and the intense red glow from the eyes beneath a dark hood gave it an even stranger feeling. Semi-corporeal chains wrapped around his arms and legs, descended down into the earth itself, rattling oddly whenever the darkly armoured form moved. Kaminsod's cloak failed to flutter despite a faint breeze.
The Elder God turned his baleful gaze to Michael, then rasped. "Yes... I understand. Irritants such as the Slenderman should not be allowed to exist. Only I have the right to sow chaos and death, misery, suffering and destruction. Not a insignificant pest like that." He paused briefly. "It is good that you brought this to my attention, servant of mine."
The Elder God turned, and glided across the street, towards the bespelled Elizabeth, whilst Michael watched, warily, knowing that Kaminsod was the only one who could deal with the situation, not him. Any mist that neared the Fallen One met a swirling, shimmering field of grainy, flickering grey energy that consumed the mist as soon as it made contact.Contamenesia wrote:Aniya smirked, "Let's see what other spells you have, eh?" Right now she waited to see what the strange Black Fire was all about as she sent against the Dark Wind.
Even as the black wind whirled towards the fire, Zimudar flickered from visibility once more. This time, he reappeared several meters away from Aniya. A wave of green light rose around him, and expanded in a sudden flash, encompassing a quarter of a mile around the Wraith King, encompassing the black wind, the dark fire, and Aniya. Time moved differently, now. It would appear to Aniya like she was moving through water, sluggish and slow in comparison to Zimudar. He lifted Dugnamtar, and a cold energy temporarily disrupted the blade's blue flames.
The energy arced through the air, expanding into a spherical wave of ice, glowing faintly. It was a little bit of sorcery taught to him from a Sidhe noble of the Winter Court, several millennia ago. The ice-wave impacted the black flame with an unnatural, screeching, ripping sound as heat and cold warred. Meanwhile, the Black Wind continued to move in slow motion, and Zimudar charged towards Aniya from the side, Dugnamtar moving forward to stab in the area of the Bound Being's throat. The Wraith King was uncertain as to how much longer the time-altering magic would last, but he hoped the advantage of speed would work for long enough. Of course, both the Sumerian sorcerer and Bound Being would notice when the strange green light coating their vision like a filmy coating, or looking underwater, disappeared.
