its not godmod. and it has little to do with the amulet. Jack can strip things of purpose, fate, and destiny. when he does it to people they become null and without purose. but if he does it to an object or place- -- it disintigrates. so if he touches Hell.....

He cant since Earth has living embodiment earth would not disentigrate . it would become null. plus Jack is weaker than the embodiment so he cannot tamper with it. Hell however has no true embodiment- though Lucifer is sometimes thought of this he is not. for there is no Hell himself.

actually no but that doesnt matter. It has no Fated will thus it is only a place. Mother Earth is an embodiment of Earth and has supernatural or godlike will which are above the enfluences of Fate. for this reason Jack is unable to strip Gods or Other powerful creatures of their Fate. they are beyond him.

Jack is Destiny Weaver, a servant of the Fate. he can make sure Fate goes as it should, or alter things to adjust, he can also strip people and things of all purpose. It doesn't require him to be powerful to strip away the Fate and Purpose of a Place with no embodiment or will. Since Hell is only a place with no true embodiment or Will, it can fall just as any other place that has no embodiment or Will. Power has little to do with it, its more of ability than power. Jack is able to do so, thus he can. If a Will or Embodiment exists, It or They can resist Jack's influence, and Jack would be unable to touch the Fate of that particular place that It or They embody. Its has LITTLE to do with Power. Its more set on Ability.
