Rementoire finished treating the wounded, and then departed again.

Clavain arrived at his office after a short while's sleep. He had received a message from Rementoire.

It had read:

We had been following the Alliance fleet as per your orders. We found them fighting the Federation, and decided to offer humanitarian aid to those in need, no military actions were taken.

'I was expecting something like this from Rementoire. I new he would do something like this, but so would I.' He smiled at himself, finding the nostalgia he was experience rather refreshing.
But much had to be done.

He composed a message and sent it to Emperor Tyrol of the Rannochian Empire.

It read:
[Initiate Message Protocol]
Dear Emperor Tyrol.

This is Emperor Max Clavain of the Conjoined Emperium. I have an important matter to discuss with you in person. Please inform me as to a fitting time.

They would see the site abuzz with activity. Massive excavators, and drills would move large amounts of sediment, and bedrock in hopes of uncovering more of the facility. A techpriest would be seen talking to a few Kig-Yar prospectors negotiating the money they get for uncovering the ruins.

The emperor would approach the science team eager to learn more about the facility.

Aristotle looked at the emperor as he approached
"Greetings, I am Aristotle, this is Bizz" he said pointing towards the Jawa, he then pointed towards the ewok "This is Kneesa" then he pointed towards the Huragok "This is Lighter Than Some, now lead us to the door you cannot open, and we will have it open for you, in return we would like to study these ruins"

Citadel
Emperor Tyrol sat in his office, talking via hologram to Tali
"I miss you" he said to her
"Keelah..I miss you too" she responded
"I..I'll talk to you later"
"Alright"

"Emperor" a new voice called
"Yes Voro?"
"You have a message"

"Clavain wishes to see you, at a fitting time"

Emperor Tyrol then left his office, and went to meet up with Clavain

Upon his arrival, he greated Tyrol warmly, in the past days he had become one of the few people Clavain could count on to be confidential.
"I have something to show you, please follow me." Clavain said.

Lighter Than Some "spoke" using sign language and some odd noises, it was a large mess to everyone, apart from Bizz (Anyone remember an Unggoy who learnt the language of the Huragok, well Bizz will be able to do the same)
"He says we need to find a control panel, from there he and Aristotle will be able to open this door" Bizz translated

Tyrol knowing the drill with the Conjoined, followed Clavain eagerly

"What you see here, is extremely classified" the Vespid spoke in its monotone translated voice, he fiddled with the spheres external buttons and finally it opened after he'd entered a code of some sort, and from the sphere emerged another floating sphere of design unlike that of the Tau.
"Well it's about time you let me out! How rude of you to even lock me up in the first place!" 343 Guilty Spark shouted at the Vespid

"It worked!" Kneesa called as he ran through as fast as his little Ewok legs could carry him.

The emperor walks inside accompanied by several terminators, and a dreadnought.

Several spacemarines from the imperial fists would escort the Tau science team to the door where the emperor, and the other science team was.

Lighter Than Some begin floating towards the Console, he then tapped a few buttons, as did Aristotle, with two loud sounds and a "woosh!" the large door split into 4 equally shaped triangles, which retracted into the walls, ceiling and floor, leaving space to enter into the next room
"It worked!" Kneesa called as he ran through as fast as his little Ewok legs could carry him.

Guilty spark floated towards Lighter Than Some "So this is what happened to your race?" He conveyed using holographic symbols of hands.

Bizz laughed as he watched Kneesa enter the room, and followed shortly after him, his sand covered cloak moving over the floor ever so gently, behind them walked Aristotle his feet hitting the floor with a loud clank that echoed throughout the large compound, and the most silent being there Lighter Than Some turned to face Guilty Spark and he began moving his hands.
"We were found by the, well locally known Rannochian Empire, they love these installations and like to learn off them, we only wish to help, in return they treat us with respect and are welcome in their community"
Lighter Than Some then turned from Guilty Spark and began floating into the other room, above Aristotle, barely making a sound.

The Lekgolo on in the Alliance ground assault began pulling back to their dropships and flying back to their ships as the fleet prepared to leave. "I'm sorry we must leave so suddenly," the Fleemaster broadcast to the Alliance flagships, "but we have been recalled by our Council."

The Lekgolo and Kaleesh had finally reached a peace agreement. The only way the Lekgolo would allow the Kaleesh to survive would be if they joined the Lekgolo Dominion. The Kaleesh, with their self-preservation instinct kicking in, agreed.

[Conjoined Empire]

Clavain lead Tyrol to the inside of the Senate Hall. There he held up a black crystal. It began dissolving into a thick smoke, the smoke formed a large sphere in the middle of the room, slowly Tyrol could see detail becoming clear, sort of like an antique photo being developed. It became clear that it was an inhabited planet.

"This is Ar'ise, a very primitive planet. It has only just recently entered the Nuclear era, and is ruled by a dictator. Some of the data we were given by Hades, indicates the presence of a Relic somewhere on the planet. But we can assume that any attempt to gain access to the surface, will lead to war. Which is why we need to take preemptive action." Clavain left the rest of it up to the imagination of Tyrol.

The emperor looks at the walls of the facility astonished by their craftsmanship. The dreadnought follows behind the emperor its footsteps echoing throughout the hallways.
