No. Deciding another player's casualties without their input is positively criminal.

Besides, I would never timeskip with another player in combat. I just think of those posts as existing in their own little time bubble, and the world continuing on as normal away from the battle.

In regards to the settlement,as long as it isnt somewhere next to an inhabited player,why not.
But didnt you say you plan on him stranding?
That was the reason I thought this idea was good.
