They're not all equipped with legendary weapons. 40,000 of them are okay fighters. 30,000 of them are trained well but are not legendary, another 20,000 of them are veteran fighters, and 10,000 are absoulutley great soldiers. The recruits are armed with light-medium weapons, light-medium armor, a lot of them are pikemen since anyone can have a pike and do well in combat, especially against horses. They have a light sword and mainly light armor. I don't want to make a huge Factbook on my army so basically we are best with light infantry. If you need more details ill give them.

So far I have only thought of what the mainland army guy will do (which will be kill barbarians who later unite against him)

Depends on the ships, and on the weather/season.

My ships are the best around.The weahter is preety good (so lets use the most optimistic weather scenario)

Also,since in this RP we basicly control the civilization,not the state,I allow people to have multiple kingdoms (but you need to have controlled that area first).Like I did,technically anything Kipos conquers is his kingdom till his father dies.

The map however will only show player area not kingdom one

I second to this.

Assuming we live in a pax romana technoglogy,
we should have the various kinds of greek and roman ships available, as well as, proto-dhow´s.

And I dont know which one you use, but I, as my culture and such are influenced by a mix of romans and german tribes, mainly use triremes and liburnas.

So guys,my navy should be consisted of this small Greek figther ships but I have TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONS of them.I also have a couple of big ones but those are for transport and are guarded by the smaller ships (is that a good build for this era?)

Depends what other powers in the Mediterranean deploy. Also small and big are relative sizes, so I can't really give you a good measure on the realism of your designs.
