Long ago, perhaps before even the formation of ancient mountains that carve out Earth's backbones today, another world far from the Solar System existed. A world called Awaruna, where thriving civilizations of various races shared the land of the planet. Not always peacefully, as was to be expected of the nature of mortal beings. However, some were more peaceful than others, just as there were to be some who would go to lengths just to see everyone enslaved at their feet. As it turned out, there existed such a man: a magic user that had lived for perhaps centuries building his power, Buretia. Along with him, two other powerful, old magic users practiced and kept to themselves--Llypheos and Fohios. They never entered a war between two governments, they didn't believe that their astounding powers could be used safely when intended for war, they feared they would tear the fabric of the world itself.
Buretia believed not. He believed that his powers should be used to force all other races to bend knee to him, and he tried. Using his immense powers he set upon the largest cities of the world, and they stood not a chance, towers and buildings collapsing with little effort on part of the weilder of the deadly magic. Ultimately, Llypheos and Fohios saw it necessary to end him, and the three clashed in an epic battle that would destroy the world itself, leaving but a field of debris drifting through the galaxy. The two, however, used their abilities to form a new planet, held together by their magic and held the massive amounts of magic used to construct the planet stable with a pyramid-like container of solid diamond.
The diamond has recently been acting strangely, and the planet has experienced massive natural disasters, the magic being held stable by the diamond pyramid object breaking free and turning wild. This is due to a disturbance of power large enough to effect it when it comes near, and the two mages believed that Buretia was still alive. They called upon the greatest heroes of the times, magic user or steel weilder, or perhaps even archer, to help them prepare, and defeat Buretia and his minions once and for all.
(If anyone has any ideas for more specializations, please let me know )
Right then, basically, this is another attempt by me to create an RP, but I instead decided to dwell into what I haven't tried before, more of a High Fantasy setting. Hopefully this one will have more success than my others, but if not, then so be it.
