I'm confused.

1. IC hasn't started yet, so all I'm doing is changing what would have happened between 1882-1895. Nova was fair but in giving you Kentucky he kinda jumped the gun a bit. We would have asked that you be given land that WASN'T a founding state. SO if you were to accept this it would be like saying IC you never held Kentucky at all. So how can you have things set up?

2. I can't tell if that's a yes or no on switching

Every one of your states is kind of a founding state. Anyway, its better than the innialation you could have had.
