I want to get an RP started based on the HBO crime show, The Wire. I think it should be people can claim the shows actual criminal groups and once they are all claimed people will have to creat their own. If you dont watch the show, heres its wikipedia so you can get a good idea. It takes place in a crime ravged Baltimore. This idea is still in rough draft form so feel free to pitch ideas.
