If wasn't too tired, I would've let you know yesterday. But staying up til 0500 on a day when I'm supposed to be moving rooms doesn't really work. Especially if my mother was coming tomorrow. Regardless, I still want to fix it.

I went to walk my mom out of my dorm hall because she came to visit and spied my crush on a laptop on the way out. My crush had previously rejected my offer because she thought there was someone back in her hometown to be with. I walked back in, and on the way I decided that I'd be confident. Then I called my friend to ask them what I should do but they didn't pick up. I was all alone on this one so like a solider, I marched up besides her and cleared my throat. My crush greeted me and I greeted them and I could feel my cheeks getting more and more red. I started fumbling words and eventually got out that I wanted to ask them out to lunch again. They said yes and my reaction could best be described as this.
