Apartment (full apartment w/kitchen):
Her apartment, launched in year 2938/2322/121/pube/cup-14 as the space fairing vessel "INN. Hit MI ARCE", known to be the only NERV ship capable of only atmospheric entry, exit, and landing, , having survived being dropped from space, the exterior of the apartment looks similar to the apollo 11 re-entry capsule crossbred with a london underground train and a shipping container.
the apartment interior is extensive due to its dimensionally transcendental nature, with fully functional star-trek style matter generator and other useful gadgets, the apartment has been quite literaly bolted to the roof, with a lift shaft drilled down into the building proper, opening out into a top floor service area, a printed sign on the elevator door saying "out of order..." before continuing in handwritten scrawl "...Also beware of the Leopard" to ward off any unwanted guests.
