Bio: Born into the ruling planter aristocracy of South Carolina, he alongside others have become involved in the ideals of enlightenment and believes in establishing a country of equality in terms of the law and where one can pursue their chosen standings without stigma or social closing. He however is extremely religious do to his background and believes secularization would destroy the attempt to be free. He now serves in the continental congress as Representative for South Carolina and plans on achieving total independence for the colonies including economically. He also believes in total democracy but not mob rule a paradox by many.

Name: Julian Waters
Appearance: Waters is about 5 feet high. He is a slim white man with a scar over his right eye, which renders him half blind and causes his eye to be frozen in place and be grey of color.

State: Georgia
Bio: Julian Waters was born in Savannah, the colonial capital of Georgia to the then governor of the colony of Georgia. He grew up at his fathers plantation, which contained about 200 Slaves by the time he was born. He left left georgia in 1767 to join the Spanish military in the Carribean. He served for 6 years and rose to the rank of General de brigada (Brigadier general), before returning to Georgia upon his fathers death in 1773 at the age of 19, after which he inherited the plantation,( by now 750 Slaves) and his familys entire wealth. Waters decided to continue his familys grip on power, and so he was chosen leader of the Commons House of Assembly. The British did not hesitate long to call him Royal Governor of Georgia within a year, hoping he could curve the growing unrest in Georgia. But by then, it was too late. Waters has agreed to back the revolution, and is therefore considered the leader of Georgia by many, but many also question wether he has really given up his life as a loyal British citizen or not.
