Barret City is the capitol city of Killion. Named after the country's founder and current president, Dr. Edgar Barret, the city is the largest and most developed in the entire country. Due to the country only existing for about 50 years, it is amazing that such a massive city evening exists within it. This is where the majority of the population lives (about 70%) and it is also where the President himself built the nation's first structure. Most of this RP will take place here.

This is Dr. Edgar Barret. He is the first and current President of Killion, and he lives in Barret City. He has no known family members, and he wishes for nothing more than superhumans to live without fear of persecution from the outside world. Master Wan Jo was at his home in Barret city drinking a cup of tea. He had just finished teaching his martial arts class about 20 minutes ago, and he was now finished working for the day. He took a sip of his tea and then realized that it was a bit cool. He sat the cup in the palm of his hand and quickly heated the tea. He smiled and continued to drink.
