Owing to the historical situation, we could split it 50/50. I have control of Northern China and partisan operations in the Japanese hinterland, and you get Southern and Central China. As for the economic, strategic, diplomatic, and logistical side, you're more than welcome to take over, provided the CPC is allowed some autonomy.
