Anyway, now that my sentence is up, here's my app.

Cyberware/Bioware: Cybernetic eye that has a direct connection to her weapon while she holds it, meaning she can see through the scope even if she isn't looking through the scope [3 Points], and enhanced pheromone manipulation implants. [3 points]
Skills: Expert level of marksmanship with her rifle [3 Points], can drive and maintain just about any motor vehicle she can get her hands on with a high level of skill [3 points], better than average acting skills [2 point], and decent stealth training [2 points].
Tech: Cell phone [0 points], target identifier headset [3 points], an advanced hotwiring device that pretends to be a vehicle's key [2 points], a stealth suit that can change color based on the environment [3 points], and a long-range rocket-assisted guided-projectile piton gun for surviving emergency auto-defenestrations [2 points].
Weapons: Her beloved designated marksman rifle, chambered in an 10.7mm flechette round, with more than a few ammo types, and featuring an integrated recoil compensator, flash dissipator, suppressor, and a mounted scope that has thirty-stage variable zoom, thermal overlay, kill probability calculator, and vehicular movement compensator [3 points]; an extendable high-voltage stun baton [1 point].

Personality: Sharp; calm and collected. Doesn't tend to get close to people unless there's a good reason. Can very convincingly change her personality to fit the pheromone she's exuding. This isn't really her personality, but she doesn't show her more genuine side while doing business.

Personal Strengths: A ridiculously good marksman; almost never loses her cool, and can usually come up with some kind of solution, off-the-cuff, for any problem.
Personal Weaknesses: Can't stand the sight of blood. It typically makes her faint, for reasons she either won't talk about. It likely has something to do with her parents' death.

History: Flannery knows little of her background and past; only what her uncle has told her. Her parents, it seems, were murdered violently before her eyes, perhaps for opposing a gang, or a corporation, or some other group. No one knows why they had to be silenced. She was nine at the time; her memories of everything before then were suppressed, so she does not know the details of it. However, her aversion to blood is likely a psychological remnant of that part of her life.

She was raised by her father's brother; her uncle has a country place that no one knows about. He says it used to be a farm before the motor law. if you understood where that was from, I love you It was there that she grew up, living a more rustic lifestyle and playing with her uncle's antique car collection. Her uncle is the only person in the world that she cares about; he is her only living relative, and the man who raised her. But he's also guilty of several mysterious "faults" against some major corporation, and hence cannot enter Darkwater unless he has a death wish. Flannery thus works as a mercenary to help him pay his rent, and to hone her skills as an assassin. Her choice of weapons reflects her desire to remain as far away from blood as possible; when she's in close, she always prefers to disorient, disarm, or disable her opponents, rather than actually injure them.

You need to put points in disguising unless you want the extent of her knowledge to be putting on Groucho glasses.

I'll fix up those points, then. Seems like they'll still add up.

The eye/gun link isn't wireless for the same reason that most gaming mice aren't wireless: higher precision and elimination of the possibility of interference. I dunno about the computer thing, though, I reckon I'll take it out.

Disguising can go... it's not that important...

The target identifier just tells her who the person is, their general info, etc., based on facial recognition which I assume has gotten better than it is now. I didn't have it as part of the gun, because it could be useful by itself.
