Nul's is a very powerful, isolated nation from way far away. Effectively the arctic, in straight-earth, north of russia. (past the leng plateau, in cthulu mythos). Nulvelians have little to do with the rest of the world, and dont fit in with typical society (hence the lack of understanding human nature, and the "becoming human" shenanigans once Nul did start spending too much time around others.)
Nulvelith is, quite simply, a militant socialist dictatorship.
