probably. They have a sibling rivalry (hence the theft of his former book). She is chaos of course, so you never really know for sure. She does love causing trouble for him. Secretly, she fears and hates and loves him (brother complex of course).
Nul is mainly just annoyed with her, all the time (shes really the only one who can get on his nerves, until recently with the lance issue). Being totally tsundere, Nul does not realize that he cares about her wellbeing... And is completely oblivious to any of her feelings, good or bad.
So. I suppose it depends on how u ask. U want her to be as interested as possible.
