http://cghub.com/files/Image/231001-232 ... 55_max.jpgCultural/Stereotypes: These guys are the main type of demon in Hell, the "mainstream" ones. They, as a result, come in all sorts of fashions. Soldiers, doctors/healers, farmers, unemployed bums, researchers, teachers, so on. Of course, due to the warrior culture encouraged by Azazel and the various warlords, one really only tends to see the farmers and soldiers. These guys are the largest group of demons in Hell and therefore tend to be the first thing someone thinks of when they see a demon.
Language: They speak all kinds of languages due to their massive population. The lingua franca among this group tends to be Demonic, the artificial language created by Azazel to unite the tribes of Hell.
History: These guys have been around since the beginning. They've been in roughly every position because of their sheer population size. Not too much to say, really.
Tribe Name: Succubi/Incubi
Population: 5 billion
Description/Picture: The majority of them are shapeshifters who take on the form of whatever attractive being they need.
Cultural/Stereotypes: WHORES! But needed ones. These demons are everywhere and appreciated by a variety of races. Notably, they are unisex by nature and their shapeshifting means they can pick whatever gender they feel like taking on at the moment.
Language: Most of them use Demonic in everyday life and are very good at picking up other languages.
History: The whores of Hell, they are used by Azazel as hookers or spies. Some are indeed in the military, however, and tend to do a very good job as soldiers. Don't underestimate them.
Tribe Name: Garangan.
Population: 1 billion

http://t1.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9 ... OX3PAFrvdxCultural/Stereotypes: These guys are basically Rakans who have adapted to underwater life. The majority of them are soldiers or warriors, with a considerable minority as fishermen.
Language: They speak Garan, an offshoot of Demonic. There is a limited degree of mutual intelligibility between the two.
History: I'll figure this out later.
These are just some. I have way more planned and much more detail, but I'm tired right now.
