Honestly,in OOC,im not sure how much agreeing would strengthen their economy.
OOCly I know its a treaty mean in the stages of horrible,but how did good ol' ceasar once say?

Or in english "Woe the defeated".
Or in simpler,to the victor go the spoils of war.
Or to formulate it again:
You cant ambush an betrayal to somebody in his own capital,sack it,and then expect to get away good.

I should've maken military garrisons part of my treaty.....

And in regard to england:
We already had an issue with an england player who came while the "real" one was inactive....
so I tged him,when he answeres me,or if he doesnt answer me 'till saturday,then you can be england (if he doesnt answer that he'll become more active and then really does.

I've been reading over the posts and I have a few issues and answers:
1. France has no coastline at the English Channel as it gave me Flanders
2. France and Pisa have no border as Provence regained independance
3. France and England have no trade, there have been several offers in the past but there has been no trade
I'll be posting my invasions of Navarre and Denmark soon.

And Your Holiness I'm gonna build a Hospitaller castle in Dijon with a nice large room just for you. And Black Marshes I said in another post that I cancelled handing over land to you. Did you read it fully. And with the no trade thing thats fine.

William had his men get to work around Southern France. Town were in disrepair, farms were destroyed, and the roads needed to built. Hammers striking iron and steel and hatchets cooping wood could be heard all day. William had his men begin to fell a forest by Lyon so more farm land could be built. William and his men worked to help rebuild France. They repaired many villages and soon they finished the 75% of road system in Southern France. They built more farms and they built outposts to keep watch for bandits and enemies. William then sent 5000 men to begin the paved roads over in Eastern France and William began to write a letter to the Emperor of England.

Dear Emperor Julian of England, I King William of France would like rebegin trade and make a military alliance with your Empire. My predecessors made fools of the French and I'm here to make you an offer. I will over to you Flanders and and a part of the French Mediterranean Coast. Here is the Proposed border and France will not invade across the red line. Sincerely King William of France

Then William laid down his armies guard and sent many of the men home and many to work around france rebuilding her. Then William went to bed and dreamed a strong and Free France. William then was awoken by Vivienne. "Hello Vivienne," he greeted her.

Treaties dont get signed by Person,but by governments/Nations.
France still exist - the Treaty still (should) exist(s).
