THANKYOU FOR WAITING FOR ME OVERLORD OF DEATH!

It already was a duchy.
A duchy ruled by the house of Della Torre, to be accurate.
3)The Overlord of Death wrote:will trade embargo Pisa. .
I assume you meant stopping trade with them, but you dont have any harbours/fleet so you cant embargo them.
4)The Overlord of Death wrote:OOC: Shut up and get out of my business Pisa, before I steamroller you.
That would be ignored as godmode.
5a)The Overlord of Death wrote:Dear King Justin of France, I propose that we form an Alliance between are Kingdoms for the Greater Good.
Youre not a Kingdom.
5b)
Impenetrable castles are godmode.
5c)
It costs much money only to build one castle(assuimg you mean a real castle and not just a wooden mott and bailey).
5d)The Overlord of Death wrote: Large and Impenetrable castles and built many around his Barony.
Building castles(again not including motts and baileys)takes time.
Unless you use tons of money it can take some good years.
And even if you do, its sure not going to be faster than 2 years(At least ive never ever heard of a castle(assumption as again) that was built in less).
5e)The Overlord of Death wrote: Then go around and collect all gold, silver, and iron from the villages, melt that down and store it in the Vaults.
Are you just taking the stuff of the villagers?
5e1)
In the middle ages, unless you were a merchant or noble, you wouldnt have gold or silver and only possibly(not sure) small amouts of Iron(in the form of tools).
5e2)If you just take away their stuff that would cause a revolt. And if you do it everywhere youll have it everywhere.
6)The Overlord of Death wrote:Well I'm gonna ally with France and Byzantium. If they have a problem with it they can deal with it. Valentir got me into this and introduced me to Nation States. I'm gonna support him here. Let Venice and their lackeys come at us. All hail Milan.
Give me a good reason why Milan should do it, OOC resons dont count.
And just so you know, Milan and the other (north) Italian nations a couple times formed their league, the Lombard League against other nations taing them over, and as one of the main nations I dont think Milan would have any reason to invite foreign troops into itself.
Especially as the Emperor would tolerate such at thing....

the sad part is I would agree to that in RL and I assume your talking about magna Graecia and the city of Tarentum
and btw there were no "Greeks in Byzantium only "Romans" which the Greek people there called themselves

To restore the empire you have to face following enemies:
Milan-stronger than you- NPC
Lots of Italian City States-Together, stronger than you, if not, then weaker-NPC
Siena-A bit weaker, strong enough for a hard fight-Player, inactive
Pisa-More or less equal-Player
Papal State-I think a bit Stronger-Player
Sicily-Much stronger-Player
Venice-Stronger on sea, more or less equal on land-me.
Also, in regard to leaving Milan out of the plan:

Overlord didnt respond to this!

Yes I know that but this is all before 1204.After 1204 the Byzantines stop using the term Ρομιος.Technically it means citizen of the roman empire but only the greeks used it.The armenians and slavs called themshelfs 'armenians' and 'serbians, croats etc'.'Greek' back then meant pagan. Its a change of words really
Yes mate I am talking about Megali Ellada

And sendind men would have one of either effects:

-You dont send enough troops to protect against larger bands.

No, it doesnt, but could make you think of supporting foreign nations.Liberated Counties wrote:Im going camping to wales for two days, so like, i declare myself on vacation mode.

Who should somebody take control of your crusaders?
Or do they just decide to idle there?
