China is superpower, they will be able to overwhelm with infantry before machine guns and stuff are invented. They could've conquered the world if they hadn't used knives and shouting instead of muskets and spies.

The Rhineland. It was part of the Confederation of the Rhine which sided with Napoleon. Its next to the Batavian Republic and Prussia. Modern Day Hessen.
