Naomi raised her head and looked at the robot. "Hello," she said slowly, but with none of her prior wonderment. "Hello," she said again and burst into fresh tears.

The robot whirred mournfully while attempting to hug her, which was easier said then done due to its awkward configuration.

Naomi furrowed her brows. "Don't be sad," she said, worried about the sounds it was making. "I'm okay, really. I'm just scared and want to go home."

"I've been at it for about...54 years now." Griselda replied, having to processed the equation in her head.

"Hopefully many more." Ada complimented. "I'll end up going to the terrorists." She shuddered at the idea.

"I already am, slightly. But thankfully, Germany and some of their allies are taking good care of me." She replied.

Seeing that the palace was nearly asleep, Kei pulled some strings and poofed Bran and herself back to the apartment. They would return in the morning.

Only instead of the apartment they teleported to, they landed in a snowdrift outside after another round of cold weather. The two shrugged it off and retreated inside.

"I already am, slightly. But thankfully, Germany and some of their allies are taking good care of me." She replied.

"Of course, some units in the Branriech still love me." Ada said, looking on the slim bright side.

Torii walked down the road near the tower, looking over different shops. Instead of a shop, she met a gypsy. After a long, heartwarming discussion and some nice tales, she made her purchase: a white-gold ring with a thin, red band through the middle. On the sides were written "Love ex Deus". She fumbled with it as she wandered back to the tower.

"Is this good enough?"

She entered the main lobby, finding the elevator.

Lidev looked down. It was true, she was soaked. She just didn't notice it since she had been used to getting rained on the Zone. She giggled. "I guess I am."
