Well honestly I think parone is doing a lot. But he is filling in a role that we need. He's trying to have fun in the rp and he's filling in things for NPCs. So I see four choices.
We let Parone stay in control of the army. Type A

We all vote democratically on what the Army does. Type B

Conta becomes dictator on army. Type C

We Make an entirely new account just for the purpose of acting as police and conta can give control of that account to whomever she wishes.Type D
