The next map I'll have up is the one of the U.G.F, with as many of the cities and natural landmarks as I can include without cluttering it up too much.

I would suggest names, but they would be utterly random at best given that I know nothing about those nations. :P.

But nice map. :D

Most of the names I use in this RP are either utterly random, or horrible mutations of words from foreign languages, like Aldraniri's name and his sword, so you don't have to worry about randomness. I won't accept stuff like Potatojewland, but otherwise you should be good. :p

I assumed it was in the U.G.F, so she would have been able to wander into Haventown on foot. It'll be a lot easier to tell when I make the specific map for the U.G.F and there's the giant white patch that's the frozen north. Or it could be one of the islands up at the top of the map, if you don't have a problem with Rebecca kayaking a long way.

We would like to issue a formal complaint about the fact that you called it United Gaiacan Federation in the backstory and United Galllian (three l's = profit?) federation on the map.

Oh, interesting. Coltaine could come from number 9, which could be called Dal Calain.

And I'll post soon enough.

Yes, I need to fix that in the backstory, since originally the whole world was going to be under one country, but then I decided to allow others in and changed the U.G.F from the world government to a continent-spanning superpower.

Yay one-shots.
Magnus felt the gas that blonde assassin had released finally overwhelming his body. The bear of a man no longer had the strength to keep his eyelids open. The last thing he saw with his eyes before falling into the depths of unconsciousness was the dozens of assassins sprawled across the muddy earth, all of them having broken bones at the minimum. As he drifted into the forcefully induced sleep Magnus's mind began having a flashback, most likely as some odd allergic reaction to the sleeping gas...

The little boy eagerly climbed up the mountain trail, whistling a folk melody his grandmother had taught him as he went. His chestnut hair was short and seemed like it had only been cut a day or two ago. He was dressed in a simple brown shirt with short sleeves, wearing dark green shorts that were definitely hand-me-downs from some bigger sibling, as even with the simple black belt tightened around his waist as much as it could be they still sagged just a tiny bit.

The child had hiked the path up this peak many times, and aside from the passing of the seasons relatively little changed about it. The motley grey and brown stone remained a natural constant, a blessing of Terestark to the faithful villagers. The boy's life was quite the same way. A comfortable, steady routine in his backwater village, where things remained the same for generations, regardless of whatever wars went on in the world. His way of life was set in stone. And yet, stone changes over time. It can be worn down by wind, water, and nature, just as people's lives change over time. Eventually the boy would grow up into a man, and given that he already had great potential as an Elemental he would most likely have to march off and fight in the war. Stone changes with time, ever so slowly.

And sometimes, it changes suddenly, and completely without warning, acted upon by a completely unexpected force.

The earth beneath the boy's feet began trembling violently, small fissures appearing along the stone mountainside. With tremendous force the side of the mountain was blasted off in an awe-inspiring blast of heat and pressure. The thick clouds of soot and smoke parted some, and the boy from the village could see someone standing there. It was another child, close in age to the first one, but he looked quite different. His hair was a scarlet and orange mess, long and spiky and tangled. His face was smudged by soot, and excited, innocent vermilion eyes looked all around him in wonder and fascination. The ginger child noticed the villager child and eagerly bounded over to him.

"Hi, do you want to be friends?" The redheaded boy asked happily, before turning around. Out of the hole in the side of the mountain a river of lava began to flow, seeping towards the two lads. "Oh. We should run now." Said the sooty boy.

Well that's silly, isn't it?
"Winter is coming" - Stark motto.
Syrio Forel- "What do we say to the god of death?"
Arya Stark- "Not today"
Syrio Forel- "All men are made of water, do you know this? If you pierce them, the water leaks out and they die."

Alright?

It's supposed to show Magnus's backstory, and eventually it would include other characters, as well as showing how the world was during the Final Daemon War...but if you guys aren't that interested in it I won't bother continuing it.

Kudos.
