The Black Heart
The amoral bounty hunter of Hell, who serves in tempting souls with money and power to serve the God of Darkness. Killed by the wind Goddess for attempting to sacrifice her now faithful herald Branston Channard, he was reborn out of the hatred, greed, selfishness, and hedonism of his old human form. He is now bound in a skeletal body wrapped in a cursed armor that traps his godless soul. He uses the demonic black bow as his main weapon which is said to be poisoned and give nightmarish hallucinations. It is said he can be sent to Helle permanently if his armor his destroyed thus exposing his soul to attack.

Reminds me of one of Treko's characters, namely one of his Radu Dragomir characters in a fantasy RP of mine. An undead fellow in plate armour who could only be killed if his armour was broken up and separated in widespread locations. Or something like that.

An interesting idea, I'll consider it.

oh you'll enjoy him especially considering his attitude toward women ( he was an extreme sexist in human form and still is) he basically serves as the anti-Thesis to Branston in pretty much everyway. He ironically was Branston's best friend during their childhood hence the two separate paths trope is effect.
"cursed armor of darkness bound with the body and soul to the eternal darkness we serve ever more, bound by godlessness fraught by sickness we the damn serve in thy legion"
motto of the damned specifically him
contrasted to " bound by light we serve with our mind and spirit, we pledge our souls to the Goddess and root out the darkness, the sickness has no hiding place from us as we curse thy legion" Branston's motto.

Though the part about godlessness is a bit contradictory, considering he'd be serving the God of Darkness.

He is a arrogant hedonist who serves the God of Darkness for power and glory not for faith he is a godless person by practice. He follows his amoral lifestyle often running even the ire of those truly faithful to the God of Darkness. He often serves as the Contagonist in situations often serving as the Demon in the mirror toward heroes and even some heroic villains. He does have a weakness, it is in the form of a locket from when his mother gave it to him as a child back when he was friends with Branston. His mother was slain by a demon during the Great war. The locket itself is said to contain the potential to restore his humanity fully and possibly have him realize what he has become.

It's a mix of modern and past/fantasy tech. The normal people will have cars and cell phones, at least in areas that aren't still rebuilding from the destruction of the last war, the military has missiles, jet fighters, and submarine battleships, but you'll still see old steam trains in use in rural areas of the U.G.F, and a lot more commonly used in different nations in Gaiaca. And plenty of the ordinary people use sailing ships, given the scarcity of privately available fuel sources. It's a bit of a complicated mix, I know, but hopefully it won't be too confusing.
