The wind dragon itself is an aggressive maneuver that involves the rapid swirling of the staff in a circular motion while combined with breathing out wind which forms into a wind like dragon, the movement itself is circles the opponent rapidly in a wind funnel and thrashes them, basically a mini tornado with a dragons face.
