Their is no way any sane nation will give away its entire coast, and have you seen Poland's coast? its pretty huge, their is no way you can buy all of it without bankrupting your entire nation.
that said, a part of the coast seems a lot more viable

We can blame Stalin for that. And like I said I've talk to NST about it and I'm waiting for his news post. The offer was 1.8 million dollars, a collective deffence pact, and a free trade agreement. NST said it was alright so I'm just going off that.
