We rebooted with the nukes, and that's good enough. Techs are a little too much, but we can restrict if you guys want to.

I think a good compromise would be he has a very small, elite military with good tech. Like really small numbers.

Numbers are (relatively) small... 1.4military/500+mil pop and note my actual ground army has yet to fight. Ive got zero hold large area capability, and that's why I'm playing defensively
If the terror group has targets on me, do it, because I think china has RQ right as I was gonna stop.

Reminds me of another RP I'm in, where I play as the Terran Federation from Starship Troopers. Our army is the best, but we only have 6,000,000 MI as opposed to the billions every other nation has.
